This game is quite good. It has an amazing art style and quite good mechanics. The only issue that hindered enjoyment was the lack of a sensetivity slider and also a bug with the mouse where you cannot turn a full 360 degrees around. Regardless, a very impressive entry considering the time limit.

If possible could you check out my game? Any feedback would be appreciated.

A great idea and concept and the art style is loyal to papers please as well. The main issue is the gameplay. Its quite repetetive and all of the "skill check" actions have the same movement (going forward and then backwards). There wasn't much use of the map either (other than lore purposes, I guess perhaps a functionality where the people ask for a specific area passport was intended).

However, overall its still a very creative idea and with some more development, the gameplay can be made more enjoyable. Its still a good attempt given the time limit.

Thanks for the feedback. I originally planned to have 10 minigames, but by the end of the first 24 hours, I realised that wasn't going to happen.

Very fun and enjoyable. It does get a little slow at times, but overall very good and matches the gameplay of cookie clicker well (whilst matching the theme). Also gave me a few laughs! I really like the concept as well as the art style matching the style of cookie clicker.

I will definitely finish this off later as its quite satisfying.

This is a really good game. The visuals are perfect (you created them yourself which is amazing). The idea is very creative and the puzzles are very enjoyable and they get you thinking. Overall, a really good game submission, well done considering this is your first game jam!

Thanks for the feedback!

I'm sorry you feel this way about our game. We understand that we probably should have included a settings menu with sensitivity and sound controls, but we unfortunately couldn't due to time constraints. Ideally we should have made the game a bit longer so I agree with that point.

However, this game does fit the theme of the jam. GMTK did say that it could be interpreted in any way and the gameplay didn't have to centre around a dice. So the characters being dice would fit the theme.

This game was quite enjoyable. Perhaps adding some abilities to the large ATM at the end would make the fight more fun. Also I feel like upgrading hands should have some gameplay effect but I understand this was made within 48 hours so you did a great job for that time limit.  The sensitivity was quite strange as well so maybe add a setting for that. Also you could phase through some objects. Overall, however, it was a fun game.

Thanks for the feedback! Sorry about the pathfinding for the guy at the end. Due to tight time constraints, the follow system we had in place had to stay, if we had more time we probably would have worked a bit more on that chase.

Including the casino games sounds like a great idea. We could probably use that to expand on lore (which, again, we didn't have enough time to do).

Regardless, thanks again for the feedback and for playing our game. Hope to see you next year!

The game looks like it would have been cool, but the zooming in and out unfortunately makes it unplayable. Seems like it would be a cool concept though.

Ok I've followed that and it all works now. The game truly is amazing. I really hope this is developed into an actual game with more level variation, enemies and maybe even bosses!

I wanted to ask though, what do you do with the money in the bottom right of your screen?

This game is so fleshed out.  Its art style is god-like and by far the best I've seen. The gameplay is also very chaotic and fun. The verses mode is also a really cool addition.  Overall, a really fun and creative game filled with lots of content.

This game is so fun. The art style, the weapons, the abilities. Its just perfect.

The only thing is that I feel like there should be a level system or something that measures progression, other than just endless enemies that build up (and decrease frame rate). I really hope you develop this game further as everything about it is destined for success, it just needs some tuning. Also the controls could be clearer.

This game has so much potential. Its art style is so fun. The only sad thing is that it crashes whenever I want to go to the next level. I cannot make any further comments but I really want to see this game fixed and playable after the jam finishes as it just seems like such a good game.

A very fun game. The only thing I don't like is that the enemies can push you which makes getting out of a bad situation hard, but that doesn't mean the game is bad, just difficult.  I also think the dice mechanic can be improved upon by adding in some explanation in-game. Overall, a fun concept.

The concept in this game is really cool, however, the physics really let it down. The game is quite funky at times and I clipped out of the map once trying to figure out a puzzle. The dice doesn't move very well so its hard to figure out the solution to the puzzle. Overall, a really good concept but the controllers need work to feel more responsive.

This game does need some work. The underlying concept is there, but the fact that you have to end each level on the number one means you just have to sit near the end of the level and wait as the dice cycles to one which makes it quite boring.

The story at the start was a nice touch but the backgrounds in the level don't really reflect it. Although the story itself is fine.

With a few more mechanics, the game would be really good. So it just needs some work. I understand this game jam was quite the grind, we struggled on our game as well so the backgrounds not matching the story is just a nitpick. Overall, the idea is good but the execution needs work.

Thanks for the feedback.

Sorry about the mouse sens. We wanted to include a sensitivity menu but didn't have enough time.

This game is amazing. The movement feels very snappy and fun. The addition of a leaderboard really makes the game feel complete. The menus are appreciated as not many games submitted here have a fully fleshed out menu.

The only thing letting the game down is the difficulty (like a lot of people have said) and some of the textures. The textures aren't really an issue but the ones in the level itself do feel a tiny bit out of place. I would love to see this game updated further to lower the difficulty and perhaps add in some new mechanics. Overall, god-tier idea and very fun but difficulty needs lowering.

The art style of this game is god-tier, especially since you made most of the art yourself. The underlying idea was pretty good as well. I felt that the tackle was a bit hard to do though, as most of the time, I ended up not hitting any enemies and instead just ended up surrounded by them, although this might just be me being bad :/. Overall, god-tier art design and a really good idea.

The base idea of this game is really good, but I don't think it is executed very well. As the dice build up over time, it just adds in cover that the player can hind behind which, after a few seconds of gameplay, renders the dice's ability to shoot useless as it never reaches the player. Perhaps the red dice shooting up depending on the music would be a counter to this, but it didn't do anything in my gameplay session. Overall, it needs a bit of work, but the underlying idea is very good.

A pretty good game. The base idea was very creative but I kept dying randomly at some points, this might be due to the enemy spawning on top of my position. Overall, however, it was quite a cool and fun concept. Keep up the good work!

The visuals in this are spectacular. However, gameplay itself is a bit tricky. The enemies don't have any death animation so its hard to tell when you have actually killed them. The dice mechanic also doesn't feel very well implemented, I felt that when the player 'activates' the current effect of the dice, it should show a visual indicator or something similar. Great job overall!
