If you're playing the public build, you can't buy the silver badge yet. You gotta wait til the next update, which comes out in january. The green dinosaur NPC in the Quest Guild tells you about that.

Okay, I think I know what's wrong. You need to talk to Gruffe in the Quest Guild before you get the Quest Guild Recommendation from Vulfox, because afterwards, Gruffe will have new dialogue, and that apparently will no longer count towards unlocking the "Product Testing" scene. I'll talk to Spedu about this. UPDATE, it works now, I just tested it.
The public and the Patreon builds got their own numberings, hence why they seem to be so far apart. The Patreon build gets a new version each month, that's why the number is so high, but it's only a comparitively small update each time. Once a year, Spedumon takes the most recent Patreon build (in this case I think was 0.70), and splits it into three parts, which then become the public builds for this period. In other words, 0.19, 0.20 and 0.21 are the same Patreon update from one particular month, but certain things are blocked off in 0.19 and 0.20, so each new public update from that period reveals a bit more content from Patreon build 0.70 aka public build 0.21. If you wanna know how much further the Patreon release is in comparison, you can check the walkthrough, it always shows what's in the latest Patreon version. If you don't mind to get spoiled, that is.
TL;DR, no, public build 0.19 is not 50 builds behind the Patreon version.
The front page of the game warns that using save files from 0.18 on this version can cause bugs, that's why the update comes with prepackaged save files, so people don't have to start all over again. It's something that can't be helped unfortunately, RPGMaker simply doesn't like running older save files in newer versions. 0.20 and 0.21 will be able to run save files made in 0.19 though.
You've simply reached the end of the main story line for now. In 0.20 (which is coming out in january), you will be able to get the silver badge from Buba, which lets you accept the 2-star quests and enter the guild lounge. You can do the Water Dungeon though, if you haven't already. It's a large dungeon, and completing it three times and getting the full armor set from Saphura's chests in his room gets you a sex scene with the water god.
You're welcome. You will be able to use the save files you create in this version in the upcoming updates 0.20 and 0.21 though, so you won't have to worry about that, at least. If you got any more questions regarding the gameplay, you can check the walkthrough.
There's a little warning on the game's front page about that. Spedumon, the developer, uses RPGMaker for this game, and the program doesn't like older save files in newer versions with scripts that can't be triggered anymore cuz you moved past a certain point in the game. Try to re-download the game, and use the prepackaged save files that come with version 0.19. Save file 02 puts you in the pirate ship just before you're about to enter Piratetown for the first time. The characters are all decently leveled, everything that can be done on the previous islands has been done, all scenes unlocked and items collected up to this point, so you won't be missing out on anything. Just make sure to spend all your free stat points, and change the equipment to fit your playstyle. Yes, the bunny is now simply called "Adventurer", but you can return to the ID machine in the Gloomy Forest, to change your name.
Check your quest journal, and see how far you're into the "Piratetown" quest. You need to talk to Xero in front of Vulfox' mansion, then talk to the lighthouse keeper, then jump into the water in the middle of the town, and swim all the way left to enter the mansion. The Quest Guild Recommendation is a reward for completing that quest. Once you've got it, enter the building right to the quest board
Alright, I think I know what's wrong. Once you've had the scene at the beach where the members of Fucko's pirate crew introduce themselves to you, all the royal knights leave the beach cave, including the one for the "Horny Knight" scene. In other words, if you didn't unlock the scene before, you won't be able to do so anymore on that save file, I'm afraid. (I was still able to push the leaves normally though, simply by facing them directly, and pressing "Enter".) I'm updating the walkthrough, since I actually didn't know that myself.
After the inn in Safen, he appears in the Bangers club in the Gloomy Forest, then at the beach. Then, there's a random chance you'll encounter him in the Shiptown harbor restrooms, pay attention to the number above the right door, if it's a pink four, the dragon is in there. Afterwards, he appears in one of the cells of the base on Pine Island.
You can use this website to mod your save files https://www.saveeditonline.com Just upload a file, and turn all the 0s into 999s to make your chars OP. You can also edit the amount of gold you have. Afterwards, download the edited file and replace the old one in your game folder.
Not within the game itself, but since it's an RPGMaker game, you could use this website to modify your save files and alter your character stats and inventory https://www.saveeditonline.com
Like Spedu said, the quest isn't finished yet, but to avoid failing it in the first place, you need to talk to the knight near the entrance inside the townhall in Safen, and hand him the 'lost key'. You have to do this before you leave Logtown (getting the cutscene with the priates at the crossroad means you've already gone too far), because by then, Sword will no longer be in Safen. You can check the walkthrough for details.
There are multiple instances where you can get one, namely whenever you unlock a sex scene. You can even farm for it in the harbor restrooms in Shiptown, just make sure you always carry some empty bottles with you. You can check the walkthrough for whatever sex scene is closest to where you currently are in the game.
Check the walkthrough, in the Shiptown chapter there's a subchapter called "The Rewatch House, which has a section dedicated to the animated scenes.
It might seem a bit confusing at first, but that's because the public and Patreon builds got their own numberings. The reason for that is that Spedumon doesn't just release previous Patreon builds to the public after a while. The public builds come out way less frequent than the Patreon ones (which get released monthly), and always contain a lot more content. That's why public build 0.18 has way more content than Patreon build 0.18. To give you a better understanding, public build 0.18 contains all the content of Patreon build 0.58, which is 7 updates behind the most recent one.
Check the "The Key to the Fire Dungeon" sub chapter in the walkthrough
Yes, you can find him in the public version, too. After you find him at the Banger's Club and at the beach, he randomly shows up in the restrooms at the harbor in Shiptown. Just leave and re-enter until there's a pink '4' above the right stall door, and then enter the middle one. After that, he's in the last prison cell on Pine Island. If you got more questions like that, you can check the walkthrough
