Hey Michael, thank you for playing! Since this was really experimental we wanted to see how far we could go with the concept and we got this crazy idea of also transforming the game haha, hopefully in a more complete version we can blend these and use the concept in more creative ways that borrow from the best parts of both sides of the coin. Glad you enjoyed the game :)

Thank you for playing dysprositos, Sorry if something was unclear to you, There's full explanation on how the game works under the games description, including the controls which mentions you can get back to the main menu using the esc button :) .
Also we included the very first level which only has one possible transformation as a learning point so players won't struggle too much but we'll make sure to include a more detailed tutorial in the future.
Glad you liked the music and art!
Thank you so much, It was a lot of non stop work to get everything working but it paid off at the end lol. We made the plane level to test out different puzzle scenarios for the game so we can showcase something more than just the puzzles but hopefully we'll make this into a full game so we can have more levels and mechanics in the future :)
This was a fun entry, I had a smile on my face while the voice over was happening and I think the worldbuilding was very well done, the boss was challenging and fun too. I'd say the biggest thing missing is probably some invulnerability frames when the player is hit so they can't be stun locked and some shading on the enemies so there's a hint that your hits are registered. overall great work, well done!
I think a system where you have either timed waves or waves based on enemy numbers would work, then when a wave is finished give the player a choice between 2 or 3 upgrades, upgrades could have certain strengths against some enemies, and after that gradually increase the difficulty of each wave. this is the first solution that comes to my mind, implement your unique twists as you see fit :)
The game doesn't currently support Mac so that might be the reason for it. unfortunately, Apple makes it very difficult to add Mac support for games and there is an issue going around with Mac browser rendering that causes this. I'll make sure to update you if the problem is fixed or if we add Mac support in the future :)
