Just updated it with a new tool tips as you go, going to be building and uploading it :)

There is a double jump in the game, I ran out of time during the jam to implement something that mentioned it ^^'

Wow I loved this so much, really well made!

A very clever idea for a game as well ♥

Was a lot of fun to play, I love how the motor bike handles! The visceral feedback on hitting the zombies was great too, plus I love how the main menu is just the game waiting to start, overall really well made, glad I got to play it!

Try it now that version 1.0 is out! :D

This was so fun to play, I got really unlucky on my first playthrough as at the first station there were no customers with numbers over their head on the left side of the platform, so I kept trying to kidnap random people xD

After that though I managed to complete the game on my second playthrough with no one left behind ♥ it was tough but very rewarding! Loved what you've done with the theme, and it feels really nice to play ^^

Fire wizard for the win, the first time I played through this I took the lightning wizard into the last 2 rounds and not sure if I was incredibly unlucky but I couldn't beat the lightning boss, once I started to get low I tried to heal but only got healed for 1 ;-;

Then using the fire wizard I blasted through the last 2 rounds, I really loved the art of this game, the creatures and attacks where really nice to look at!

Voxels ^^ I love working with em, friend of mine calls em Thicxels, this was a really nice game with some nice characters, I loved trying to find out how each character might give me some bread ;) the Soggy Bread was by far my favourite ♥

Thank you ^^ I really wanted to add 3D models but maya crashes on launch and I have 0 idea how to use Blender xD

It was a lot of fun learning networking for this, trying to figure out how to tell someone they've been hit took me 3 days of scouring the internet!

Really great atmosphere when playing this game, I ended up not using the bread crumb mechanic apart from twice before I entered the maze accidently ^^'

This was a really nice experience, and I enjoyed the 2D art you put in, the hand drawn art really made a great touch :D

Was a really enjoyable experience, I loved the whole race to get to the castle, I managed to stop them on my first time, would love a longer gaming experience as I got to make 1 detour before I had to start rushing towards the castle

I really liked this game, I think I managed to cheat by constantly having the camera zoomed out to the max and following the player xD

I managed to complete it but took me two attempts on the last level because the wolf wouldn't reset his pathing, they're learning!

Really great use of the theme ♥

Really enjoyed this game, I found a game crashing bug though! when summoning if you hover over the new abilities it crashes the game! I'll attach a screen shot of the bug report I got :)

I also agree that the mage is so much nicer to play, and somehow luckier, every enemy I killed as a mage dropped a heart, while I only got 1 heart drop for the same amount of enemy kills as the knight, and with the dash not dealing damage, the mage was the easy choice for my dives, managed to get to rank 3 before I crashed ♥

Ngl every level I just ran through like a whirl wind of death xD I'd load into a level and kill every golem then grab the orb, I would of loved to see a gameplay mechanic with the orb to do with either a puzzle aspect or a golem killing one >:)

The game looks really nice though and it plays really smooth ♥

This was amazing! I love the randomness between each round as well, I started with a really small arena on the first go around (and may have flown off the edge!), but my second time I started with a 100 size 0.0

The AI was really fun and aggressive at times! and I love the create your own character section :)

Also the art for the floor tiles was amazing ♥

This is solid for only 4 hours of work! I really enjoy the simple controls and I think it fit the theme really well ^^

Nice and relaxing, I also loved how cute everything looked, gave me a looking into a snow globe vibe :)

Managed to complete it! took me forever to figure out why the sword was getting bigger at such a large rate, took me 4 attempts to get past the first island as my sword would max out before I'd even killed the first guy!

Love the art and the voice acting, controls though a bit funky were fun once I got used to them :)

That was really fun! though I think I lucked out when I got spread up and explosion bullets, I then proceeded to clear every room before they could act xD

This was a great use of the theme and I love the 3D models ♥

If anyone would like to play this with me just ping me on the games live discord! my name there is TheCreator :)

Really fun to fire a ton of rockets and watch the destruction they cause ♥, would love to see more types of destructible walls added in the future or even a slicing system that works from the impact point, though I know that last one is rather complicated!

I hope you all have fun playing my game together! :D

First time I've touched networking ♥

I ran out of time so much, that I made the game over quit the application 😂

So not a bug or a crash, just a rushed way of doing a "game over" screen

Glad it wasn't a bug, sorry it was a bit rushed tho ^^ I plan to make it more clear by adding in elements that only show when you die, highlighting the respawn pad

Hi did you turn a shade of blue?

I totally ran out of time to explain it (going to upload a short tutorial image) but you can die after 5 hits, and to respawn you have to move to the respawn pad in the bottom right

Hi for a University project we were tasked with creating a 2D game based on Polybius :)

I've made an endless top down shooter that's a 2D 4D game (it'll make sense if you try it!)

I am only in my first year of University and have made only a couple of games for Games Jams, so any comments on this or any of my other games would be very helpful ♥

you can find and play Polybius over at https://finalfart.itch.io/polybius !

Just moved house so I missed the notification for this, but thank you :D

this is very helpful ♥

Oh it was? I have no idea as a developer about anything to do with UI scaling ^^'

glad you enjoyed it though! :D

Omg xD me and my friends are loving this comment

It was my first time making a puzzle game, and I just kept making it harder and harder as my own perception of the game grew xD

going to be making more introduction levels :)

Nice little puzzle game, I loved the noise you get for completing a level! ♥

the inverted controls for sure threw me and I can imagine a fair number of people getting to the end of a puzzle just to fly off the map because of them!

Enjoyed it a lot, it took me a little bit before I figured out you could move using arrow keys and enter using enter xD

managed to get all the buttons ^^ after finding out about short jumps it helped a lot

Also I might just be going crazy, but is the overworld meant to look like a floppy disk?

Also forgot to say, but the game is based off RGB! and the 8th level is based of CMYK!

they are Subtractive colour methods, so that's why I called the game Subtractive ♥

Thank you for such a long review :0

this is really helpful with future development of not only the game but me as a game dev!

This was my first ever puzzle game / my first ever 2D game, so I am super stoked with the amount of positive responses! I understand that the levels (looking at u level 2) are super hard and have the steepest learning curve xD

After the Jam I am going to go back in and rework a lot of what levels go where, and add in several more levels that explain the features 1 by one, I also have a ton more ideas to implement that the code already supports (just some bool checks) such as buttons that only work when a certain colour stands on it, walls that can only be moved through if the player is a certain colour (this works for combinations as well! like Cyan or White), different ending platforms that you need to stand on all of them as certain colours to end the level (example: blue and green need to be in 1 location, while red is in the other)

Though I have no had too much experience making puzzles, I watched a good amount of documentaries and theories for the first 2 days of the game jam which I think really help me capture that "aha" moment in a couple levels, and I really want to continue development with more levels and worlds ^^

Yeah I only ever play tested it myself, which I see now was really not a good idea xD

after the Jam I plan to keep working on it, and adding in an entire section just for explaining mechanics, and adding in more content!

for tutorial levels I plan to not have all 3 players active, and just start by introducing them 1 by 1 in simple puzzle designs ^^

I love your game so much! I saw it and legit also though "someone else had the idea for coloured cubes!" xD

I'm glad you liked my game ^^

Thank you ^^ I was really worried the idea would not be unique when I first came up with it, and the whole game when through a lot of different ideas when making it, like light beams that a player could move into, or being able to turn off lights using the keyboard, but that also stops that colour player from moving.

Though I am really happy with how it came out, and want to keep working on it <3

I really liked the visuals and audio of the game ^^ the shadowy location effect was really well done ♥

Really beautiful game ♥

I love the different stages of the coral and the growth of the school

Completed it, a nice little experience :) I really like what you did ^^
