yeah I really see where you are coming from, given the time limit the game did end up a bit dull, I think if you use the roll properly to roll through enemies (wouldn't be surprised if you didnt figure it out, I didn't make it super clear) and reclaim your papers it gets alot funner, but its not your fault that it was tedious, thats just bad game design, but thanks for the feedback and for playing my game!
yeah I plan to expand a bit, but for the jam, well I started halfway through and goddamn my bro, I am so bad at game dev, I spend so freaking long on collisions that I didnt have time to add more weapons, powerups, a way to get back health or enemy variation. Thanks for playing btw
took alot of time to load but was SO worth the wait, but I think I did the wizard boss fight wrong, I kind a just floated up beside him and spammed attack, and then he died... so... yeah, also, OMG THE ART STYLE IS AMAZING, well done!
great game, but cant see the UI and I can walk off screen, and so can the potato so sometimes I have to go get it where I cant see anything and then I get killed by an enemey

no I mean in the boss battle they move so fast that my monitor doesn't see them with my crappy refresh rate so to me it looks like the boss battle bullets teleport behind me, bounce on the wall and kill me
Man this is SO AWESOME, I love the intro, and the execution *chefs kiss*, the only thing I would say, is I dont feel like the fishing rod really keeps your momentum, itll only move if its infront of you, so if you put it to close you just... stop, no swing, but nonetheless, this was an amazing experience and I really enjoyed playing this, crazy how you managed to do this in 3 days, good luck for the next jam if you decide to participate
