So I died after moving some platforms and got softlocked, yippee!
This game looks extremely good but yeah theres not much indication of where to go, I interact with a flower and nothing seems to happen so I really have to go far out to explore. Also yeah the bg and fg are indistinguishable.
This is a really awesome game though I am not trying to put you down!
Wow this game's visuals are really nice. Definitely some of the best visuals I've seen so far. How did you get that real paper look? Genuinely very impressive!
I won't try to reiterate too much of what people have already said but I will agree about lack of sound being disappointing.
As for the gameplay I do think it is very confusing and sadly I ended up giving up because I was too lost. I think having a tracker for what words you have written down would be super helpful because it starts to get really messy if you forget what words you had written down. Also the indicator for guessing the correct word is too subtle. Due to the cryptic nature of the words being hard to guess; sometimes you might just guess a word and if you get it right it can be a bit hard to tell just because there isn't enough feedback. There is some feedback but just not enough to make it super apparent. So this can lead to some frustration with not being sure if you got the word right.
Another issue that can lead to confusion is just not knowing where to go during certain segments. I did really like the stage popping up from the background but some of them do this offscreen. If its done offscreen maybe have the camera pan over to show the new area really quick or just keep everything on screen.
But overall really awesome game! I wish I could've seen everything there was to offer but this game has a ton of potential!
Firstly, as others have mentioned, this game is absolutely stunning! The art, animation, lighting/shading, etc. are all beautiful and add together to a very unique and visually engaging experience. Personally I am especially fond of the almost Howl's Moving Castle type designs for the different buildings. Gameplay wise, it's a really fun concept and I wish I could've experienced all it had to offer... sadly, I was not able to finish and found some parts a little confusing or difficult to navigate. As another comment mentioned, it can be hard to tell the difference between background and actual physical platform. But all this is only to say this game is TEEMING with potential and I can't wait to see your future projects! Hude kudos!
The game looks great! Although i get stuck often so i cant really enjoy the game, beautiful presentation and love the concept.
I love the art! I wish it was more obvious which areas you could stand on or run/fall through, though, and it's possible to get stuck in several places. Really charming game overall.

My favorite submission so far. It lacks audio, yes. But it's visuals are SO good, I'm unsure if it's a 3D game with paper models, or a 2D game with really good lighting. I couldn't find any souvenirs but I enjoyed the start of the game. Maybe souvenirs could have more distinct shapes and slight tone changes (like gray rather than white) to make them easier to find.
Uuuu love the visuals of the game! and the house having a inside and a fading outside is very nice.
It was worth implementing instead of correcting obvious bugs...
