what a lovely little game! well done!

neat idea, a little difficult to pick up, but i like it

another thing i have found is the damage box for the when the player_character gets to close to the boss and takes damage is a wee bit large (at least it seems that way).  When i rush at an area near the boss so i can use the player_character's primary attack i recieve damage.  It is probably a skill issue, but it still seems a wee bit big.

we are currently doing 3d, but since we have acquired a coder ( who prefers C# and unity) we have pivoted to unity.

if you wish to join but chose not to because of the godot comment, the programmers get to decide the game engine not me.  I welcome your assistance and support.

if  you wish to use unity, go for it, it will not hurt my feelings.  I thought you meant what personal preference i would use.  Not a restriction of game engine.

if you wish to join as a programmer and wish to use unity go for it, i meant the godot thing only as that is what i am using at the moment, not a neccessity/requirement for others.  If you are the team programmer you will get to decide the game engine.  I am familiar enough with unity that i can make do.

the earlier question was probably not phrased in the manner as the poster wanted.  I thought they meant what "I" specifically would prefer.  Not what engine they were restricted to.

all we need now is an artist and we have all our bases covered.

Hello! First time Brackeys Game Jam.  Noob developer here. I am looking to join or form a team. I have skills as a 20 year GM/DM of dnd and TTRPG's.  I can fill the producer, team lead, designer and writer roles.  However i can also do a little coding and drawing here and there. (Not much in the way of skills for C# or GDscript.  But i am learning.) Hi! i am a beginner game_dev looking to join or create a team for this game jam.  I am new to coding, only have a small amount of "C" and "GDscript" knowledge under my belt.  I can draw a little, but not great.  (little to no experience with pixel art).  I do however have 20 years of experience writing, designing and running Tabletop Roleplaying Games (nothing published, all homebrew).  

thank you! i did not expect anything in the pack to be much; since it is my first real try at pixel art.  With the ground tiles, i have never used any ground tiles before so i did not think to try and attach them together.  I  will do that next time.
