This game is great! The presentation and concept are incredible and it is executed on near flawlessly. There is a ton of potential here to make a larger game out of this as many other people have suggested. The music sounded great and worked perfectly for the gameplay. The only feedback I have is that once more customers started to come in quicker, my conveyer belt didn't have enough food on it to feed all of the customers, essentially forcing me to take damage even if I played perfectly. Maybe I'm just bad, but it felt like some of the balancing there could be better. Awesome job

Hey, thanks for the reply! You actually CAN gain extra bytes and infection progress by interacting with the main desktop. If you press CTRL you zoom back into the desktop and on some menus there are green INFECT buttons that you can click to gain extra bytes and infection progress. Maybe try again with this knowledge and see if you can beat it :) I am aware this isn't explained super well in the game but yknow, 48 hour jam, crunch time, didnt get everything in as we wanted perfectly, and all that. I love the idea of upgrading your bytes per infection and I might even add that as an update in a post-jam version. Thank you!

Really fun game and solid idea for progression. A lot of time is spent waiting around for resources, but idk what can be done about that. Maybe some changes to the UI design would also help the game feel less cluttered. But there is a lot of potential here for more levels, enemy types ,etc. great job!

okay, had to check this one out after your comment on ours lol. you're right, its pretty funny how we had some similar ideas here. I really like the gameplay here and think the humor in the opening cutscene is great. The one thing id say is that there are many a bit TOO many ads. I mean I get thats the whole point, but I spent sooooo much time closing ads. so much. or maybe im just bad. but idk this is great!

yeah, an exit game button was one of the first things we realized we should have had after the deadline passed. thanks for playing!

This idea is super solid and the push and pull between deciding whether to make profit or gear up your patrons is really good. The balancing here specifically could use some work but otherwise I think there is a lot of potential here. Great job!

I like the concept here a lot! The main thing I'd like to see added is some difficulty scaling, as right now its pretty much just the same thing the whole game. having the openings start out larger and get smaller over time to make it more difficult would add a fun dynamic

I really like the strategy of setting up a defense against enemies and then getting to control them! An indicator on the enemy you are controlling and some more time to figure out whats happening at the start of a round would be nice

Super unique and super great artwork. This entry is wildly underrated

Gameplay is super fun and I like the presentation. I do wish it didn't start out so difficult immediately and there could maybe be some balance changes like that, but overall this is really really solid and definitely has a lot of potential

Gameplay and presentation are both really good! I do wish that a bit more was done with the concept of you playing as the hole instead of a ball, but otherwise this is great

Super creative idea and interpretation of the theme. Some art would be nice but otherwise this is great

I like the visual style and basic gameplay here! I just think that the game really needs sound, and the attack needs to be faster. You really can't do anything about enemies hurting you while you're attacking them because of how slow your attack is. As a result I struggled a lot to get past even basic groups of enemies.

The level design here is really solid! At first I didn't find it super engaging as there wasn't much to do but as the game went on it became more complicated and fun. Maybe some way to control the speed of the cube would be nice

I love the visual style, take on the theme, level design, and core gameplay. My only note is that respawning all the way back at the start when you die is pretty punishing. But otherwise I think there is a lot of potential for expansion here!

I like the take on the theme and I think the art is really solid, I just wish there were some more variety. Right now you outrange all of the enemies a lot so it'd be nice if there were other enemies that had a long range like you do.

Good idea and pretty good execution in most places, but some more could be done to make it easier as a lot of the level solutions are really difficult to figure out. Good stuff

Really solid presentation and ideas here. a lot of care was clearly put into this. gameplay could use some more variety but for what it is this game is rly good

fun little game! I liked the focus on story, but maybe some additional gameplay would add more to the game

Controls were hard to get used to, but I feel like once you master them the game could be super fun. Lots of potential here!

Did not expect a whole battle system in here, was very impressed with how well executed the concept was. I loved the dynamic between choosing to be stealthy or battling everyone and I think the character switching to build up your party is a super fun idea that could be expanded a lot

Took me a bit to get used to, but once I did it was a super satisfying game loop and a very unique idea

I love the art and presentation, and I think this is a super creative take on the theme. The amount of levels here for a 48 hour jam shocked me, and I think the game utilizes its ideas very well in the level design

this game is sooo addictive. some of the best raw gameplay I've seen all jam. super fun take on a relatively simple concept and super polished.

Love the artstyle, super creative idea for controlling the character and the humor is a nice touch

glad you liked it! to get rid of tech support you can actually close the phone window, but yeah we recognize this isn't a great solution as if you get unlucky the user can basically just immediately open the phone and call them again.

will do :) no promises about the performance on webgl though

cool idea, but I could not get down the player and camera controls. also wasnt sure how to collect much of anything before the snake locked in on me and killed me.

The only button I can click on the title screen is the quit game one

this was certainly something

Fun idea but it did feel pretty out of my control whether I would win or not because half the time he would just run into one of my idle ghosts lol

Everything about this game was pretty much perfect lol. I do wish there was a bit more warning when the rat was nearby because I would very often die out of nowhere but I still had a ton of fun playing and the presentation is great

I really like this game and think the idea is super solid! I just wish there were more upgrades for added variety.

Love this game, could definitely see this getting expanded on with some new ideas and objectives

I couldnt beat the game because there was a large barrier of mines in front of the only way forwards, so not sure about that. but cool idea

pretty novel idea and fun setup. the gameplay gets repetitive after a bit and I always felt like I had a ton of money, removing any difficulty of the game. but also I feel like I am now on an fbi watchlist for playing this so idk

not exactly sure what was happening or how I could win, but moving the sand around pixel by pixel and collecting more was fun!

Presentation and environment were really good, but the gameplay was a bit repetitive and boring and it felt a bit arbitrary when he wouldnt close the doors on me

The game was pretty easy, I could just mindlessly spam troops and win

the bird moves directly into the pipes a lot of the time which makes it pretty difficult to play because you lose all the time without it really being your fault. or maybe im just bad
