Thank you for playing Brandon! We're so happy that you enjoyed it and could immerse yourself! We hope you'll be back to finish the other 27 levels :D

Thank you for playing! Definitely need to work on having time for the polish for game jam games.

Glad you enjoyed, loopy medieval music aside XD - thank you for playing!

Thank you!

Haha XD Thanks for playing!

Thanks for the feedback, definitely needed time for a bit of a tutorial. Thank you for playing though!

Thank you!

Glad you enjoyed, thanks for playing

Super cute with the right amount of creepy, definitely feels like it fits the theme! The humour was good and the art and music was a real vibe! Really enjoyed it, well done!

This game was beautiful, such an insane amount of polish! Really loved trying to walk the fine line between angering the spirits and angering the customers. Would have like to possibly have some way of 'getting off the staircase' and being able to pull out of the séance if I felt like I needed to cut my loses before being possessed or had the customers get angry.

Loved the art and sound design! Took us a second to understand the creepy instructions but once we did it really felt like we were playing with chance.

The camera was a bit sensitive which made movement difficult. The beatz were great though.

First off, best game name of the entire jam. We love the effort you put in to the camera movements, animations and general feel of the game to make it something different. Also really love the inclusive names! And whenever they celebrated!

We really like the artwork and how much effort went in to both the art and the dialogue. The story is intriguing and would be cool to see it expanded in to a bigger game.

Really solid gameplay loop and the art style was so simple yet so comfy. First time we played we got the killer wrong and did not expect the twist it took at the end! We love a classic whodunnit, well done!

We really love this game! It's simple and addictive. Only 'issue' is that it feels like it becomes a bit too easy to take my money and run after we bought the first upgrade, perhaps adding some more risk would give it the edge it needs. Well done though!

Cute art style of the fox and dog, they really stood out from the background and made them look like stickers! The sounds of the forest were also a great touch. The movement was a bit sluggish though and we'd get stuck on a few rocks and the camera would shake.

We like the concept, definitely something different and really encapsulated the fear you feel needing to be on aux duty XD. Having the cutscenes was also awesome! We kept getting kicked out though :( Probably need a few playthroughs to get a handle on how to better pick the songs.

Definitely love the style and music! The concept is intriguing, but sometimes falls flat with a few bugs that occur. Such as where we would put a coin in and rotate the dial just for no gacha to come out. This would make us very sad, which at least means the gameplay loop is super fun!

We're so happy you're enjoying the game Keenan! Thanks so much for playing and letting us know how you felt about the game as a whole. We'll take the possible character accessories in to consideration for the next update! We hope you continue to enjoy Kubils :)

Relive the charm of classic mobile and desktop browser games with 'Kubils - Through the Maze'! Featuring adorable cube-like animals (Get it? Cube Animals!? Kubils!), our game brings the joy of simple yet engaging gameplay.

Various Kubils have fallen through mysterious portals into new lands! Lost and confused, the Kubils must navigate intricate mazes, gathering portal fragments to power up and open new portals, hoping to find their way back home. Guide your Kubil through these rotating environments and help them return to their familiar lives!

Play it here: https://j-squared-studio.itch.io/kubils-through-the-maze !

Thanks for playing, we're so glad you're enjoying it! We will definitely look in to making input from the mouse more responsive to allow everyone to play the way they want to! We'll investigate the double Help bubble on level 6, thank you for bringing it to our attention!

The different shapes of the crystals are to add variety and reduce monotony in what your picking up, but that was a really interesting interpretation to read and we hope to bring that creativity to our future updates!

Thank you for the rating!

Thanks!
We hope to create more!

Thank you!

I really enjoyed the story! It had me giggling and gasping and intrigued from the onset. The art was also super cute and all fit together very well. I tried to load in a save after dying quite far in and the game broke, but otherwise a great experience.

This feels like a fuller game and the visuals are awesome! The pull mechanic was also very creative and well thought out. Loved the classic platformer feel and the sense of wonderment the story had.
It was sometimes difficult to use the movement keys (eg; for me it felt as though 'w' to jump would have been more comfortable)

Liked the art style, would have been cool if the suits you tailored were maybe colored or stood out a bit more to highlight their specialty. The music was fitting to the style and feel of the game. I got stuck fairly soon after starting, and majority of the dialogue was cut off (possibly a UI scaling issue? - I was playing on my laptop)

The visuals feel polished and clean. It's a captivating looking world and the concept and potential of 'what could happen next' in the game keeps me playing!
I can feel that maybe there wasn't enough time for some of the deeper mechanics. There maybe should have been a greater risk and reward system to really highlight the theme of trust and betrayal.

Absolutely love the art style, need to start practicing more to get to this level! The setup and story was also captivating and the style really fits the era!
I possibly would have enjoyed more interactivity with being able to knit the code as the player.
