Thank you for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you for playing!

I wasn't expecting to play a lockpicking puzzle game in this jam. Neat concept. In the best way possible, this reminds me of educational PC games from the late 90s/early 00s for pre-k and kindergarteners, in which they had to match shapes and sequences. If you cutesied-up the artwork and took away the timer, that's essentially what you would have. Great job with this.

Great work overall. The knight carrying an oversized weapon reminds me of Little Nightmares.

Great arcade game. It feels like a distant cousin of Dig Dug.

I woke up this morning not knowing that I'd have so much fun being a Victorian house maid collecting ducks while avoiding monsters, but here we are. Great job.

Nice little puzzle game. I had to restart it after the first time because there weren't enough flashlights for all six ghosts. The second time around was fine. Really cool concept.

That was a terrifying heist. Great job in implementing an effective shift in tone.

I love the idea. The controls for reeling the fishing line are awkward. Since fishing is the main part of gameplay, the controls shouldn't just be holding a button, but I certainly think there is a way to streamline the input/controls without dumbing down the interaction.

This is so simple yet so enjoyable. I love your take on the genre. With music and (maybe) refined graphics, this could be a solid arcade-style game.

Excellent! Short, sweet, and fun platformer. The boss is a challenge to beat.

Great work. I like the "oversized" bats and rats compared to the size of the player sprite. One thing to consider is to make the overall palette brighter. The dark shades make it difficult to see. You can certainly retain the "dark dungeon at night" vibe without causing eyestrain on the player.

Overall a great submission. The artwork and shading is wonderful. The pacing of the gameplay felt slow, and this could be remedied with music (even the slowest and softest pulse will make the game feel faster).

Challenging yet enjoyable. Great job!

Well that was terrifying. Great job, especially using so few design elements.

Thank you for taking the time to play and provide feedback! The lights going out is my favorite part of the game, and I'm tinkering with how I can utilize the idea in future games. As for the enemies flashing: an unfortunate graphical bug that I wasn't able to fix before submitting.

We'll say it's a feature. ;) Thank you for playing and taking the time to provide feedback!

Thank you for playing! I used GB Studio for this game, and I haven't spent much time with this (or any) music trackers. At the end of the jam, I decided no music would be better than annoying or obnoxious repetitive music. Glad to hear you enjoyed the game!

Thank you for playing!

Thank you for taking the time to play and offer your thoughts! I'm glad the levers came across as a series of unknowns. The palette swap (when the lights go out) was something I've tried in previous jams but went unsuccessful, so I made sure to give it more attention this time around. It's honestly my favorite part of the game. Again, thank you for playing!

Thank you for listening! Yes, I used a bass clarinet in the ensemble.

I'm happy it made you smile! Thank you for listening.

Thank you for listening and giving your feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Thank you for listening! I appreciate it!

I'm glad you enjoyed the soundtrack and its story! Bubble Reef took a lot of effort to compose, so it's nice to know that it leaves an impression

Thank you for listening!

Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed Bubble Reef - it's the track I'm most proud to have made :)

Thank you for your kind words! I appreciate it!

This soundtrack is really well executed. Super cohesive and conveys the concept you describe. Great work.

Thank you for taking the time to listen and give feedback!

Thank you for the feedback!

This is really well-done. Each track sounds cohesive with the rest, which elevates the whole concept. Great job.

Shrimply remarkable

This is top notch. I don't have any critical feedback to give. Excellent work.

Thank you for listening and taking the time to give feedback!

Your OST makes me want to play the game.

I love this interpretation of the jam's theme, and the way you captured your interpretation through sound design. Super cool soundtrack.

Beautiful composition supported by an appropriate orchestration and a lush mix. Excellent work! This is lovely.

The mix is superb! Crisp, clear, well-balanced. And the composition itself is outstanding. Excellent work!

I love Pikmin!
