I really like the pixel art, and the gameplay seems quite interesting, however I don't understand how to make the pickaxe or how the different tools really work.

Thank you very much :D

Haha yeah, I think a lot of us can relate ;)

Regarding the sword, exactly, however we could still implement some fun stuff to do with it that wouldn't be related to the mum. We'll see in the future.

Regarding the briefs, exactly, it's a private joke for French people haha, Slip means Briefs in French, so that's why we called the game this way :p

Thank you very much for this much appreciated heartwarming message :D We're really happy you liked it.

Yes there should be a "The End" screen, but you might have had a bug that didn't show it to you, sorry about that :/

No, of course it's understandable and it was a good choice to use them, it would just have been over the top if they had been custom but that really isn't a problem. That's an amazing work for only 2 people.

Sure no problem :)

Fun game, the music is cool. Love the gameplay. I felt like I was going in circles, until I realized that was intended XD

I like the concept behind it, however I will say unfortunately the execution doesn't allow to fully experience it :/ I was getting stuck in every wall, withtout even walking towards them. Another thing is that until the point I went I didn't use the mechanic of hiding, just passing outside of the view area, I think the feature could be used in a better way (or I simply haven't reached that point due to the bugs :/ )

Nice try though, I'm sure with a little bit of polish it could become really good

Pretty cool concept. Didn't manage to go too far since my computer started going crazy, however I love the idea of using the mic and camera in a Game Jam context, to generate the character.

Nicely done!

Ok, honestly, I'm blown away.

I was afraid it would be a game filled with screamers and scary stuff, which I personally hate, and was nicely surprised by the content of the game.

I like the shooting mechanics to reveal the environment. The storytelling was good, it's nice that you had a voice actor as well! Good cinematic transitions.

The only sad thing is that those were 3rd party assets, but you used them so well!

Great job, amazing submission, my favorite so far I'd say!

Really cool attempt at creating a noire game. I really loved LA Noire back in the day, and found a little bit of the atmosphere in that game, it was nice.

The gameplay is cool, I like the fact of having multiple endings. However it is sometimes hard to keep track of everything as you're killing bad guys and picking up clues/ pieces of evidence.

Also the beginning "cinematics" were quite classy.

Honestly it's very good, congrats :)

Not sure I understood everything

The gameplay was quite slow. I liked the glitch effect at the beginning but after a while it got a little intrusive. I kept dying without really understanding where the enemy was coming from. Got the gun but couldn't shoot.

I think more explanation would be welcome to know what to do. However it really is cliché in terms of horrors with the jump scares and everything, made me think of the ring.

Thanks a lot :D

Really fun take on all those clichés. Was really fun to go through :)

I agree with the grabbing comments, I'd say that your implementation isn't problematic, I think some guidance/ UI to indicate where your action will take place could help. Because for what it is it works quite well with the rest.

Good job :)

Hello! Managed to kill the bug, and complete the first puzzle, the second however is so tiny that it's hard for me to see exactly where I'm at, and the gap isn't really easily readable. I find the looks kinda cute, it was easy to understand and cliché.

Creepy but funny, quite in line with the cliché xD

Was a bit hard to get used to gauging how much power the launch would have but I got used to it after a while. Love the fact that you have a leaderboard, really entice the players to do their best.

The sound design is really fun, but I felt bad throwing out those poor animals x)

Really fun game , love the rag dolls effect with air control. Gets really addictive really quick!

Such a fun game! The sound design is really on point and the birds sound are really funny x)

The sling animation and sounds are really well made and fitting, the camera zoom gives you a good feel on where you're aiming at. Good variety in terms of targets.

Overall really cool and fun! Congrats!

Really cool game. I liked the idea of having multiple characters with specific powers, split apart but needing each others to be able to move on. Just like a band what is a guitar without a drum kit and a good bass to back it up? ;) Also the music was good, did you write and play it yourself?

The gameplay was fun, the dialogues well written, I liked the simple visuals. Really cool :)

Exactly the kind of gameplay that I like! I really like dynamic shooters, here the constraint of have to use the hook to move around is really cool. Big fan of the rail gun, however I'm having a hard time using the regular cannon. Also are the fireballs from the wizards following me? Sometimes I thought I wouldn't be hit but it felt as if it were tracking me?

Congrats on your submission :)

I loved it!

The art is amazing

The dialogues well written and funny

The combat was challenging while not being too hard and with diversity, brought through the adding of (chosen, even better) new skills.

Honestly, congratulations, it's a very well made game :)

I'd really like to understand how you integrated this in unity however!

Really nice game! I love the art, the cliché is very well illustrated. I'm a generalist engineer and studied all this a long time ago, it took me a while to get back into it, and had to look up the last part because I completely forgot how it worked x)

Thanks for bringing back the memories and for the fun time (I actually spent a whole hour solving the thing, mixing up the last connections with my buddy in screen share over discord XD)

Really cool idle game. The infinite button was really cool, I really spammed it to increase my pac mans power to the top x) However the game stopped abruptly with an error unfortunately. I didn't manage to use the sniper towers, they were not shooting.

But more than anything else really addictive and cool :)

Pretty fun game! A bit hard at times to really evaluate how far we'll land though. I would have enjoyed some air control. Like the fun atmosphere, the sheep noises were really funny.

Hey JustR, wanted to try out your game but we must pay to play it :/

Pretty cool and addictive. I like the chillhop music which makes the experience very relaxing!

Makes me question my intelligence when I play this kinda game and fail xD

Good job

Hello! Thanks for your feedback and for trying the game :)

Just in case you'd like to give it another try, we've updated the itch page with the puzzle solutions.

Cheers :)

Thank you man <3 and thanks for your help

Thank you very much :D

Thank you very much Loko :D

Thanks a lot :)

Oh :( I'm sure you can make it be nicer to you :p

Thanks a lot on behalf of the whole team, we're glad you liked it :)

Thank you very much :), check out Zstrik's page on ArtStation, he's amazing!

Thanks a lot for trying the game and your comment :D, we're glad you liked it.

Yes indeed, the sword is only a joke and cliché at the moment, but we'll try to find a fun feature to do with it once the jam is over, hopefully.

Thanks a lot :D

Yeah maybe some untapped potential with that sword, I agree. It's a great idea, we'll see once the jam ends if we find a fun way to use it ;)

Thank you for taking the time to try our game and giving us some feedback :)

Cheers!

Hey Psynut, thank you for taking the time to try our game and for your nice comment!

We're glad you liked it :D

No it was actually not intentional, you unfortunately ran into a bug that we didn't have time to fix before the jam ended :/. We've published a fixed version, the link can be found in the itch.io page. However, the boss is sometimes hard for some people so it ensured that people could actually see the ending even if they didn't manage to pass it x).

Maybe some difficulty management would be good but we had no time for that unfortunately.

Thanks again :)

Thank you very much for trying the game!

Yes it was a bold choice to switch from 3D to 2D, we indeed wanted it to be a reference to Undertale and also not hurt the mother as we want the story to be about growth and understanding more than anything else. However I agree that it would have been cool to use the sword, we used it more as a joke here. Maybe we'll add something once the jam is over :)

Haha funny remake of flappy bird, the bird seems really bored x)

Got to 46

Really great looks. I find the idea really interesting

Got stuck however once my choices were wrong and couldn't go back

Liked the reference to SF, I used to play it as child on my cousin's nintendo

Didn't manage to do the combo, is SDSD J or I ? what's the timing?
