Game is cool but I got softlocked in the build menu when I died while building. Interesting concept though, in the run I got to play it was really fun!

Game looks cool but I'm experiencing the same crash where big mode freezes my browser... Would love to play this after the jam with the bug fix, sound and art looks really great!

(1 edit)

The sound design is incredible! The artstyle is great and it feels like a really polished experience. I got stuck on the "do my own thing" level(I think that's level 11 or 12?) and would have liked to see a hint system that is available after repeated(maybe 10+) failed attempts, because I would have loved to play the rest of the game but my small brain just couldn't figure out the puzzle. Really nice job!

Really cool game! Dragging the hand to buttons being the way to navigate the main menu and options menu was a genius way of introducing the player to the hand drag mechanic, and immediately got me into the flow of rock climbing. I was a little confused at times whether my hand had successfully grabbed onto the rock or if it had missed, since both a successful grab and a failed grab played the same "pop" sound effect, so maybe consider different sound effects for successful/missed grabs. Overall, really nice job!

I love the ambient music, really gives off the feeling of space and cosmic scale quite well. I was a little confused at what I was supposed to do when the game started(maybe an introductory cutscene/more detailed tutorial would have helped) but was having fun once I got the hang of things. Nice job!

The art is incredible! Reminds me of Dave the Diver, one of my favorite games. The style and music is so charming and the deep sea was super immersive with the sfx and music. Really great job!

I liked the atmosphere but the gameplay felt difficult and unclear, especially in the beginning section where I wasn't sure what to do. I like the falling back into the stage upon falling off, but I wonder if it's better to shorten the fall because the first time I fell off I thought I had glitched past the respawn since I was falling for so long and I ended up restarting my game. The spinning platforms in the tutorial also spin your camera around with them, which almost gave me motion sickness and made it very difficult to pass. Overall I really liked the style, but the gameplay needs some improvements

Love the artstyle and music, really cozy vibe and style. The paddle's movement sensitivity feels way too high for me, while the heart projectile was really small, which made it pretty hard to aim and catch the ball properly. I also experienced a glitch where moving the paddle left and right would also move the ball left and right(in addition to the ball's diagonal movement) so I couldn't touch the ball at all. Good game with the potential to be great with some minor tweaks and bug fixes!

Love this! super satisfying movement and I thoroughly enjoyed the ramping challenge up to the overhang section right before the summit. One improvement I'd like to see is that it currently takes two clicks to picking up ice pick and then re-insert it into a new block if its already on a different block, which led to a lot of frantic double clicking when I was trying to quickly climb. Consider just making it one click to both remove and reinsert your ice pick if you have a valid target? that might make the controls even more satisfying. I had a lot of fun climbing to the top of the mountain and I think you did a great job!

WOW that was really cool. I love how fluid and bouncy the motion is(did you make a custom physics engine?) And the artstyle perfectly fits the vibe of the game. . I didn't love having to try and stick the grapple into small gaps, and I wish there was more ways you could really show off the speed of your grapple movement(maybe a time attack level) because that definitely feels like the biggest strength of the grapple compared to the precision that a lot of your current level design requires, which didn't feel as coherent with the movement mechanic.

Love the pixel art! The controls feel immersive and I can tell a lot of time went into getting the movement to actually feel like the character was falling at a really high speed. I didn't get a lot of mileage out of the shrink mechanic and I think the enemies/level could have better interacted with that system rather than just feeling like random obstacles that I couldn't really do anything about. I would've also loved to see a way to spend coins for an upgrade system to better incentivize progression. Really nice job overall and I'm excited to see where this goes!

i love lizards

Love the atmosphere and artstyle! I especially like the paint slash primary attack.  I was a little confused at what the painting system was supposed to do and why I needed to paint(even got killed by an enemy as I was figuring out the painting menu which made me hesitate to bring it up more often) and eventually I got an upgrade which told me that painting improved my stats. Wish I knew that earlier though. Even though the paint slash was really satisfying, the enemy combat felt a little dull(maybe a ranged attack enemy could have spiced things up) but the boss fight was great. Overall, really nice game with a lot of potential!

Really  cozy vibes, love how the room slowly builds up with furniture as we progress through the levels. And I love the color palette you chose! I wish the scaling sliders were a little bigger - it was a little difficult to click on and drag, especially when they were all in the corner. Overall, nice game :)

wow the dragon is so cool
