Thank you for playing and for the feedback. I think I’ll try to make the game more forgiving and have more intuitive movement next time.

Fun game, great art and sound too! Wish that the "theif" mechanic was expanded a bit more, maybe something like higher risk = higher reward: breaking into the farm, more ways to sabotage, etc (because imo the 30% chance for corruption doesn't kick that hard). With that being said, this was a good game with a unique interpretation on the theme, really enjoyed this one!
Played this one with a friend, and it was really fun! However, we found that some balancing would make the game a bit better. For us, whoever starts as the "runner" first will usually win, so we let the "turret" player get at least one powerup at the start so it was more fair. The turret player couldn't win at all if they ever ended up close to borders (even with multiple powerups), and it was easier to win the closer you get to the center. The powerups we really enjoyed were the bullet-hell ones for the turret because it actually posed a real challenge for the runner. I think some balancing like more turret rotational speed + shooting speed, which are currently powerups, would make the game more enjoyable. Also, the menu buttons when the game ends didn't work for us on two separate machines (Mac and Windows), for some reason. Overall this was a really awesome game, I hope you expand it into a full game because it has a lot of potential! Can't rate this any lower than full 5 stars because we had so much fun playing it lol. Very cute art and sound, great job!
Such a polished submission, its so fun to see how much life you managed to bring into this game through the different mechanics! The difficulty scale is also very nice. Honestly, one of the best games I've played in the jam so far, wish I played it sooner lol. Really can't find anything constructive to say, top marks.
Very fun game, love the art and idea! However, I noticed the player doesn't fire at you from far away, so as long as you keep backing up you can't get hit: which is understandable, but not as fun. Getting up close to the diver and risking getting hit more was more enjoyable (which is what I ended up doing most of the time), maybe an ability/game rule that favored this would be nice. This didn't impact my enjoyment, but probably a missed opportunity. Good job on the game!
Fun set of minigames, very cool that you implemented multiple takes on the theme. It would be nice if the games had a bit more leniency: get control of the next pipes just bit earlier, slightly bigger hitbox for the car and asteroid. I think it would improve the overall experience and encourage more skilled play rather than spamming to hit that one last chicken. Had fun with this one nonetheless, good job!
This is a very cool game and concept! Wish it was a bit more forgiving though: the mouse doesn't always pick up the tomato/meat so a bigger hitbox would be nice there, and the knife sometimes reaches all the way across the board for some reason. Overall a good submission, would like to see this get expanded upon. Good job!
Very cool! The art and music slap and it is definitely a fun game, but would be interesting to see it expanded a bit more. You already have the screen flip, but it didn't really do enough reversal (for me). Maybe you go from attacking to blocking and reflecting when the screen switches? This could break up the usual gameplay of spamming bullets constantly. I did like the energy bar and asteroids however because they also added more variety, so some more of that would be cool to see. Overall great game, had a lot of fun wit this one!
This was a really fun game! Super polished with silly goofy characters (super cute), only thing was that the opposing team lacked movement, which made them feel like obstacles rather than another team. It would be interesting to see how the game would play out if the other team had the same movement patterns. Also, after playing for a bit I got the hang of the controls and then it became less random than at the start lol, but the slow motion really helped to align shots. Enjoyed this game a lot, top marks!
