I really like the mechanics and visuals, but I think it got too difficult too fast. I gave up on level three because hitting the double jump markers was getting very frustrating.

Thanks for playing! Not sure why I didn't make it go back and forth. Definitely something I'll change in the future.

Nice game, but my hand kinda hurts after playing that. Still waiting for the day when I can get one of these mythical "graphics cards."

This game looks great, and it's incredible that you were able to make it in three days. That said, I didn't really feel like failure was progress in this. I was not a fan of having to die every time I opened up a shortcut, and found myself skipping those just to I wouldn't have to go back and start again. Still, very impressive to see a fun metroidvania game made in such a short time.

I like it. The twist was pretty interesting.

Neat game. It was a bit difficult to hit things because I kept accidentally moving the camera.

Very addictive. I got up to level 20, but I'll have to finish it later. My only complaint is that some boxes don't have a line on top of them, and they look pretty weird. I really enjoyed this. Nice game.

(1 edit)

I'm not addicted. I'll lose all my money at the slot machine to prove how not addicted I am! Bit of an ironic concept, but a fun game still.

Cool idea. I think it's more fun to go fast, so I'm probably not going to go for the worst possible time, but I enjoyed playing it.

I like the concept of controlling several team members who all play differently. I think I ended up cheesing some of the early levels by just jumping from the top of the jumper, but the rest of the levels were fun.

Dang, I feel like it ended just as I was getting into it. Simple and fun. Great game!

I like how you can always see the body parts of the previous fighters on the arena. Some of the upgrades felt like they didn't do much. I would upgrade my health almost every time near the end, but I would always die in a single hit, which also meant health regen was not useful to me. This could probably be rebalanced fairly easily. Fun game.

I love the concept of trying to softlock yourself. This is something I would absolutely play if it were a full game. I'm not sure if it was on purpose, but the robot's arm seemed to flail around and always move towards the bottom right, which made it difficult to control.

Cool little high score game. Became quite challenging after a little bit.

Very fun and unique platformer. I'm a fan of difficult games like Super Meat Boy and Celeste, so I really enjoyed this. Only thing I might complain about is the wall jumping. There were several times where I felt like I should've gotten a wall jump when I didn't, and I also didn't like how quickly you started moving towards the wall after a wall jump. It made my momentum feel very finnicky and inconsistent, and I found myself running out of time a lot because I was unable to jump between two walls consistently. Regardless, still a very cool game.

No thank you! My camera is not flawed, I didn't not notice how awkward it feels, and won't fix it in the future.

This game looks and plays amazingly. I thought the boss was unnecessarily frustrating, because a lot of them time when you attack him you immediately run into him as the ghost and die. Still, one of the best games of the jam so far.

Thanks for playing! I must've gotten so used to my camera controls I never noticed they were weird. I'll be sure to fix that in the future.

I would like some kind of undo button so I didn't have to restart the whole level when I screw up, but this was a blast to play regardless. I'll definitely play again if there are ever more levels.

Very visually impressive. I especially liked the sequence in the black hole (even though you shouldn't be able to see anything because light can't escape... but that's not important :) ).

Best cutscenes I've ever seen in my life.

I THINK I understand what's happening, but I'm not certain. A restaurant simulator could be very fun, I just think it needs to be more clear what's happening.

A lot more interesting than I thought it would be. Could see myself playing more of it.

A bit confusing to understand at first, but the concept is interesting.

5 star visuals of course

Pretty pog ngl.

Neat idea. The camera sort of freaked out when I walked towards the door in the room full of flags. Still a fun experience.

Pretty fun. Reminds me a lot of an older browser game called This is the Only Level. Would be interested to see more.

Quite difficult, but still very fun game.

This one was a bit much for my computer to handle. It basically froze when I got to level 2. I wish I could've played more.

Nice game. I liked building up my firing squad.

Very fun rhythm game. I noticed that even though the two characters bobbed in sync to the beat at the start, after a few notes they were out of sync with each other. This wasn't a big problem or anything, just something I noticed.

I found myself getting stuck on edges a lot, but the game was still very fun. I like how the puzzle is hidden under the surface of what seems like a normal level.

Wow this was surprisingly fun! This is great for an arcade-y high score based game. It was a bit annoying to have to listen to the scientist explain how to play each time, but still a great time.

I really like that ending. Great game.

I like the attractor gun. You could probably do a lot with it. I wish the levels were a bit more compact. Sometimes the player is walking through stretches of empty level just to get to the exit.

I'm a bit confused with the connection to the theme, but it looks great and I could see myself playing more of it.

I like it. Very cool game with a lot of interesting ways to interact with dying.

This feels like a really good start for something. I wish there was some kind of enemy or some opposing force to add some difficulty.

I like it. It has the humor of troll/unfair games without the frustration of making you do everything over again. I'm not sure if it was intentional, but I noticed you can't dash downwards if you walk of a ledge. You have to jump first. This wasn't a big issue at all. Great game.
