Nice game! I liked it. I was finally able to turn off my brain and relax (〜 ̄▽ ̄)〜
I especially liked the silly jump animation.
Maybe it's just me, but I noticed FPS drops from about the middle of the game.
Good luck!
I like the stylish visuals and audio of your game!
I liked the idea too, but I couldn't win even once in 10 minutes. Maybe I didn't understand how to avoid enemies, but if you heard their sound, then in 80% of cases they are already chasing you at high speed. I think you should simplify the game or make it possible to escape from enemies (for example, using static light sources that appear on the map).
Good luck in developing your game!
Great game! I really like the visuals of the game. I like the concept of protecting the moonflower from both the sun and drones. It doesn't get boring quickly.
However, after the noon, too many drones appear and I didn't understand how to kill them fast enough.
Good luck with developing the game after the jam!
Really good game! I like the visuals, the audio. The concept of combining farming with tower defense looks very interesting!
After the jam, you should improve the economy and the speed of the birds (at the beginning, I stupidly put a lantern at the end and waited for the birds for a VERY long time LOL) in addition to what you indicated on the itch page.
Good luck in developing the game after the jam!
The visuals and sounds of the game are good. The concept of keeping the fire burning is interesting, but I don't think you've developed it fully. Perhaps it would be good if you diversified the gameplay. Carrying sticks into the fire gets boring pretty quickly. I also want to ask you, is there a way to win in the game? If not, maybe you should add it after the jam.
Good luck developing your game after the jam!
Great game! I love the visual style, the concept, the music and the theme. I was especially pleased with the implementation of ZERO UI (volume buttons are very creative LOL).
I want to note that unfortunately I was only able to reach the second boss (I'm too much of a casual player). I would like that after the jam, not only bosses, but also regular enemies would appear in your game (if you already have them, please correct me). It would also be cool if the game added something like character development and random generation. These are just my wishes and this will not affect my rating.
Good luck in developing the game!
I was hooked by the visual style of your game, I think it should be completely black and white then the game will look sick (in my opinion)) (UPD: Or at least without such player particles). The music is also good. The theme and ZERO UI are 100% complete.
You should rework the controls and perhaps remove the shield as a core mechanic. By the way, its rotation works very poorly and I had to stand still and shoot at the boss from afar because of this LOL.
Now your game is more of a foundation. I think that if you continue to develop the game, go beyond the concept of protecting the star and killing the boss and make something like an exploratory action game in space, it will turn out great!
I think after some improvements your game could be quite attractive! The visual style, music and ZERO UI are well done.
I didn’t like that after any mistake I had to go through everything from the very beginning and watch the cutscene. Also, I didn’t really understand the implementation of the theme, it would be great if you could explain it to me. As I understand it, robots should see the character in the light? I didn't notice any difference between detection in the light and in the dark.
Good luck!
The struggle is real. I like the idea of making a road with your corpse, but this mechanic gets boring quickly. Unfortunately, I couldn’t beat the game because I fell into the water, and I no longer had the desire to replay it. I think you should diversify the gameplay as the core mechanics are interesting! Good luck!
