Played with a friend, had a lot of fun!

Hola! Gracias por el feedback, me sirve muchísimo, cuando pueda le ajusto el temblor. No tuve tiempo para agregar más variedad, y tampoco estoy seguro si lo seguiré desarrollando, pero lo voy a pensar.

Enjoyed the game a lot once I got the hang of it, specially the last level.

I think the presentation is nice, overall I think the current gameplay loop in kind of boring, there are many variables but If I just focus on growth it is difficult to lose. I think that if I could have more than 1 cactus and I had to manage their health and try to keep them all alive and happy until the end it would have been a bit more entertaining than just trying to get the highest score at the end, but that's just my opinion. I hope you keep improving the concept :)

Nice entry! At first I was a bit frustrated with the game (almost quit at the third level, lol) but enjoyed it at the end. I think I would have enjoyed the game a lot more if the velocity of the blocks was slower. If the intention is to make a puzzle game then maybe the game shouldn't be testing the reaction times of the player so much (personally) and the relaxing ambiance of the music would fit the gameplay more. I think only one arrow on the blocks indicating where the point of gravity is would be more intuitive or maybe it would've made me understood the mechanics a bit faster. That's all I have to say :)

Thank you! Yes, it could have a small tutorial, also there's a lot of stuff going on at the same time, so if it is your first playthrough it can be confusing. The going back to the first level is as intended, because the game is really short (only 5 levels) the player should play many times until they master the mechanics. But to remedy this I am thinking about adding a "custom game" option, so you can customize the way you play the game (hearts, summon level, upgrades and game level), so I do have this in mind.

Hey thanks for your kind comment! It is true that the patterns for when the enemies fire Isn't clear. I've been thinking about an elegant solution to this problem but it is kind of hard with such a limited resolution and small sprites. Will have it in mind for next updates.

Subilo para linux! Asi le pego una ojeada :)

Such as a level select screen? Yeah, I think it is pretty essential, I'll take that into account for updates and next gamejams! Thanks for the comment

Cool game and concept!. After reading your postmortem I don't think I have anything else to add or criticize. Couldn't finish it the first go and ended up looking up the answer in the description. Had fun, anyway!

Your game is pretty good. At first I didn't like that the camera moved towards the target after the bullet was fired, but I got used to it. Also my computer didn't have a good enough gpu apparently (I use a gtx 1650) so I had some slowdown. I appreciate the tutorial, it was really well made. I think the farthest I advanced was until level 4 (died a lot, lol) and a bit of variety in the map would have been nice. Had fun playing you game, congrats!

Really like the atmosphere, it really gives off the vibe of being alone in the dark. Also good use of the concept! I think there is more mechanics to explore in a game like this, something like leaving traps for the robber could be cool. Very nice!

Yep, will have to adress that problem after jam.
Thanks a lot for the comment!

Very good! I liked how you managed to fit a story and interesting mechanics at the same time. I think a way to make battles faster as an option would've been nice. Couldn't get to the and as I messed up and ended up with no resources to make more potions, lol. Good job :)

Thank you! yes I have to flesh out the mechanics a bit more, It isn't balanced currently.

Fun little puzzle game! I like the 1-bit style graphics, reminds me of those games from old nokia cell phones, good job!

Br e Arg! :)

Ohh, I see! I'm gonna give you a follow, really interested in the final result :)

Found it so funny, well done, the music fits the tension of trying to make the logo hit the corner! Fun game, good job!

Loved the game! The minimalistic style works pretty well. The execution reminds me of the Kirby Air Ride game where you collect items that increase your stats before the "main" game! I think something like that could work for this game, a second phase where you have some kind of competition/race/fight with an opponent after collecting the items!

Wow, what a gorgeous game! One of the best I played yet, and also the music fits really well. Good job!

Amazing game all around! kept me playing and had a good time, congrats to the team!

Thank you! Yeah, the audio part was more of an afterthought, did it in 5min because I wasn't sure if I wanted the game to be fully silent and was running out of time.

There's a few ways I could make it harder to hoard zombies, maybe I could make the enemies stronger if you have too many for the level you're at, or something like that. So having many zombies could be a reward to good players, or something, idk, haha. Thanks for commenting! :)

Fun game, I think it has a good concept and use of the theme! :)

Your game is fun, an has a really nice and simple aesthetic! Has potential to evolve into a full game, I think.

Nice game! short and sweet.

I personally think you could improve the presentation by being more consistent with the size of the pixels, but that's just a matter of style I suppose. Congratulations!

Muito bom! :)

Thanks!! :)

Looks beautiful! A really interesting idea. Good job!

Your game is fun, has a nice presentation and feels pretty good to play!

Fun game! Loved the humor and art style!

Thanks for commenting! I'm already preparing for the next jam, loved the experience

Nice game, loved the presentation :)

I love the execution of the concept and the art style! Really fun to play, good job!

Thanks! TIC80 is cool :)

Thank you Gurki! 🧉

Really fun concept and really liked the art style. If I could suggest anything for further developments I think some kind of "rage" bar that makes you more powerful or some kind of resource that rewards the player could fit the game quite well. Congrats on your game!
