How does your game fit the theme?
The viewer normally watches the DVD logo randomly move around the frame and is satisfied when the DVD logo hits a corner of the screen perfectly. The role reversal here is you are the DVD logo trying to engineer that satisfaction for the unseen viewer and the satisfaction here is replaced by frustration with how awkward it can be to get the DVD logo in the corner.

This was so fun! It really is incredibly satisfying when the logo hits the corner of the screen. What a creative take on the theme! Loved the simplicity and how stylish the game is. If you'll excuse me, now that I've reviewed the game, I'm going to go play again and try to make the logo hit the corners several more times :)
I came here after seeing the name mentioned in the discord, and I'm glad I did - a really fun take on the theme, and executed really well! Very addictive - my high score is 10 :)
Dev score is 9 so you beat me!
My high score is 6! I love how the icon and points change color whenever you bounce. Very satisfying to play and I love the music!
lol. Pretty hard but funny take on the theme and quite fun.
gg ez
Nice game!
BANGER ! the music fit perfectly as the role reverse thematic !
Simple but fun! I would recommend making the bounce a little more random so that you are encouraged to not just bounce between to corners which right now is the optimal strategy, or maybe try something else to encourage bouncing between different corners like trying to get a certain amount of points in each corner. Maybe both! The controls and difficulty felt good, but I would like a little more of a grace window for bouncing. Great work, super creative and I had a ton of fun!
Thanks for the comment! One thing I was heavily considering was lights on each corner and once you bounced in a corner, the light would turn on and you couldn't score again in that corner until all the other corners were hit, at which point the lights would reset. Felt too cruel for a first play though.
I think you accomplish the essence of Feeling When the DVD Logo Hits the Corner of the Screen so well. It’s hard but not impossible. So, it feels good.
This is a really funny idea for a game and it fits the theme well! It's surprisingly hard to get it exactly in the corner, well done this is a good entry :)
wow that's so satisfying when you get the hang of it, nice, can you also play my game so i can get feedbacks please!!
fun little game! i only use the movement keys to move the logo not sure wat does zx does haha
Nothing! X is only used to start the game.
Found it so funny, well done, the music fits the tension of trying to make the logo hit the corner! Fun game, good job!
TIHI. Very nostalgic, good choice for it to only be a minute log as holding those buttons can get awkward. A fun little game that definitely causes rage when you are "so close and that definitely should have counted". Well done :D
Funny and enjoyable timekiller
Complete and immediate banger!
Funny idea! 9 is my record =|
Oh man that's awesome. This is frustrating kindof but in like a good way if that makes sense? Hitting the corners really is such a weirdly good feeling. I like the simplicity of it (that is something I appreciate about jams- they give us an excuse to do simple stuff). Did you get good at this during playtesting?
Got trapped playing this over and over instead of rating other games - very addictive!
Had a lot of fun playing this! My high score was 9.
