Everything fits together, and the mechanics are pretty original, it feels nice to play. What did you use for procedural generation?

I like the art and the goofy main character, though gameplay could use some progression, to let players stay for longer:)

(1 edit)

Pretty funky. I like the artistic aspect, the gameplay is a little monotonous and kind of unrewarding.

I lile the MC's animations and the OST, also it feels really nice to play

I like the originality and the music!

I like that there is music and the gameplay is very nice! Pretty original

Interesting idea, I like it, but once I have awoken the queen It was nearly impossible to come back to the same place, let alone continue onwards :s

Thanks, it really is S tier

I like the top-notch SFX and heavy music, the enemy design is also cool, but it's pretty unbalanced and the cursor could be more visible! Overall a fun game:)

I am amazed at how much can be done in 14 days. I like the background music, on the other han   combat music drives me mad, and combat feels very difficult for me. But It's an outstanding submission.

I really like original ideas like this one! Also gameplay feels nice (could be longer tho) and I really like the dithering. Could you perhaps share the source for the shader, if it is a shader? :)

Ah, I cannot get over 10 ft, and sometimes the score does not update accordingly, but I like the music. Cool physics-based game.

Very cool, I like the mechanics although they are quite deceptive at times, pretty original and I appreciate the music.

Thank you!

Oh, to open doors you need to press E, and finish NPC 'side quest' if that's where you got stuck

Thank you! It ended up being a little too difficult I think, and we had problems with implementation of physics of attached NPCs, thus hitboxes

I'm glad you enjoyed it :)

Thank you! Well, as a dev I had warped sense of difficulty while designing levels, I didn't know that many people would be struggling hah

This is truly one of games of all time. It's great in every aspect, I especially like the music

Error: couldn't load project data at path ".". Is the .pck file missing?

As stated above, if you record a speedrun of Detached and post in on the game's page (a link to yt video in comments), you have a chance to suggest something to add to the game in later phase of development! I plan to work on this game in future.

The details are on the game's page.

I warn you, the game is not really suited for speedrunning and somewhat buggy, but maybe you can find a bug that will help you complete it faster! Also you need to use your own timer, as I did not implement it.

Wish you all luck;)

Very cool, I wish there were more levels

Thanks, couldn't figure it out on my own. Now I'm stuck at the mechanic sans anwyay TT

A pretty chill game, unlike getting over it, but I tried several times and always got stuck in the wall sooner or later in a way that wouldn't let me fix it :c

I really like the mechanics though

Thank you for the feedback! It really is, but thanks to this, player won't finish it in a minute lmao. I think the most frustrating obstacle is that sometimes hitboxes do not align with sprites, which I will fix after rating period is over.

I wonder if there checkpoints in your rage game :) I will surely check it out, when I get some rest.

No, it's just that on the second screen, in the place where there are 3 coins, i have no idea how to jump high enough to get further :v

Cool idea, the look and sound of the game feels good, but I can't get past wave 2 :P

I love these crazy mechanics, although i got stuck really quickly and didn't really get the chance to beat the game. It has got much potential tho!

Very cool idea, I also was thinking about making the whole tower a living creature :)

Sometimes it's difficult to distinguish between walls and floors, but other than that - the gameplay is smooth, music slaps and overall it's really fun to play

Thank you :)
In future I'd like to drift away from a rage game it turned out to be and focus more on the mechanics of 'rocky pals' assembling, deassembling and what not, and a few other elements of gameplay too, but I don't wanna spoil too much for now ;)

Fun to play and an interesting interpretation of the theme, though it's a bit buggy

I think i skipped something at the top because it just flashed some character :||

The gameplay is fun an the idea is so original, my fav so far

The cover looks dope, I'm waiting for the fix.
