What a short but beautiful story you've crafted with this track. This would go so well in a trailer for a futuristic game. Nice job!

Nice job using recurring ideas and putting a spin on them! The whole thing reminded me of Silent Hill combined with Earthbound. Very tense and offputting but a certain vibe that makes it feel comforting in a way.

Gorgeous! Absolutely gorgeous! The sound design, the ambience, the orchestration - I loved it all!

Love it! This managed to feel nostalgic and modern at the same time. I feel like I could see Dr. Kelp as their character theme started up. The hand pan paired with the cello in City Altarin was such a wonderful combination!

This was such a journey! I felt like I was back on the PS1 playing through something like Legend of Dragoon. The mixes were nice and spacious, and the simple orchestration was used extremely well. Shades in the Trail was for sure the standout for me!

I loved this so much! Definitely gave off the vibe of some 80s Stevie Wonder, especially in that intro. The drum loop was subtle, but did so much to fill things out, and when that lead comes in to double the melody, it really solidified that Stevie-ness for me. So good!

This is like an auditory hug. I loved the arpeggiated synths and how they seemed to dance throughout the composition. Definitely left me wanting a little more in a new track, but there's plenty going on in this to warrant repeat listens. Really cool stuff.

One track was all you needed to make an impact. When the full orchestra hits for the first time, it HITS! Definitely getting some Hisaishi/ Ghibli vibes from this. Great piece!

I really like the soundscape you created here. Brings back memories of old school RPGs with the sounds you picked and the minimal, but effective layering. The flute in Past Life was the stand out for me. Nice job!

I'm loving the NIN/ Trent Reznor inspirations here. I'm a huge fan of the synthy industrial chaos that you wield so well. I would really like to see more development of your ideas in some of these tracks. The quantity is surely there and there's something to be said about how prolific you are. However, I think you'd be able to flex just as much with some focused attention on fewer tracks.

Well done!

Very beautiful soundscapes, wonderful production and fantastic ideas. It left me wanting for more to be honest. I would love to see what you'd do if you dove deep into just one of the tracks and developed them more. Overall, great submission.

I love the vocal work on display throughout. Very creative! You give such a sense of atmosphere, and each piece has its own little arc as they tell a full story. You had my full attention for the entire runtime and I was always looking forward to the next place you would take things after each track.

Thank you for listening!

Thanks for giving it a listen!

Ah man you’re too kind. Thanks for giving my soundtrack a listen!

Synths + orchestra are where I feel at home for a soundtrack like this. Thanks so much for checking it out!

The third track is my favorite too. Thanks for listening!

Thanks so much! I’m so glad you connected with it!

Thanks for taking the time to listen!

I’m all about percussion. I’m slowly starting to figure it out myself but it makes sense once you find instruments you really like. Thanks for listening!

Thanks for checking it out! I hope to get to your level one day and the fact that such a pro checked out my work means a lot.

Thanks so much! Yeah SoundCloud does some weird things with dynamics when you uploaded so it’s totally understandable that some parts may feel like a bit much. Thank you for taking the time out to listen and rate!

Thanks for sharing so much detail in your thoughts. I can say that anyone getting goosebumps from something I’ve written is a first for me. Thank you!

And yes that’s a real guitar. My Yamaha acoustic parlor through little condenser mic.

Thanks so much! The high budget movie compliment is such kind praise. I’m blushing over here. Much appreciated!

Ambient is so hard to keep engaging but you do it so well here. Everything I heard felt like a lost Silent Hill b-side (in a good way). Nice work!

This OST gives very strong Earthbound vibes. Instrumentation in the first track is odd but gels together in a unique way that serves the composition well. The second track hits on that nostalgic feeling I think you were going for.

I could hear that minimalist influence much more clearly in the second piece. The water effects throughout made it feel immersive and I loved where it arrived once all the layers were finally in place.

For a first submission, this is really well done! The tracks were all spacious and really transported you through the world you've built in your story.

The opening in Intrusive Thoughts had no business being that smooth! I hear so many influences coming together to make an impression on me that goes beyond the maximum 5 stars. Loved it!

It's criminal how little attention this has gotten! The chiptune takes me back to the NES days and I can see myself doing some dungeon crawling to many of these tracks. Nice of use of odd meter and making the most out of some challenging sounds to navigate.

Keeping an 8 minute long track as engaging as you did is an extremely tough feat and you did it in spades. I loved the sound design and the spacey-ness of the whole OST!

Just dropped you a comment on yours. One of my favorites.

Here's mine!

Orchestration, mixing and melody were all on point. I love the secondary dominant usage that scratches the jazz part of my brain. The subtle percussion and conversations between the instruments were amazing. It kept me engaged from start to finish.

I think Revival is gonna be a repeat track for me in general. That was the most well crafted track in the entire collection.

I absolutely loved your instrumentation choices. Each track had its own way of evoking an underwater world. Very clever use of that Chrono Trigger clock too!

Each track takes its time to reveal itself to you and it's satisfying every time. I need to play a real game with that title theme. Amazing first impression to an incredible collection of tracks.

You downplayed your mixing in the discord but I'd have to hard disagree. You create space in your music that makes me want to travel to wherever that tune is playing. The natural use of odd meters made me a fan. Another front runner for me!

I love the creative use of machine parts and foley to really evoke a physical world. Each track is intricately crafted and fits Jeronimo's character well. I NEED to see this animated or on screen somehow!

Thanks for the kind words! The drums are a mixture of East West's new Fantasy Percussion library and a foley instrument called Ting.

I love the themes you carry all throughout the OST. The track list is super diverse but still feels cohesive. Also, I can tell you're a fellow Nier enjoyer, which will always win me over. Amazing.
