I played this game while doing my 25 required games, but it wasn't one where I could rate it beforehand. After wrapping up my 25, I've come back and rated it.

Was a lovely game, immediately I felt kinda spooked by the atmosphere, especially when I walked into that room and there was that person just looking at me like o_o

Overall I felt enticed and taken in by the environment, it was a shame I felt like you didn't adhere to the theme too much with what you currently had in the level design, BUT, genuinely, I feel like you have something great going on here, and I am curious as to how you could expand on this. The build up is great, the pixel environment is lovely, and I swear every time I look at a window I just suspect something will just pop out of it. Great stuff!

Basically a clone of Helicopter, and what a classic that is!

Issue being I don't think this fits the theme all that well when it comes to out of control. I think you could have expanded more with the theme; maybe some extra elements such as moving the helicopter picking up speed and/or slowing down but the camera stays in place so that there is less time to react.

Subtle things which make things a bit more out of control :D

Agreed with the others before me, very good idea and very cleverly executed. Probably requires a few tweaks to the instructions on how to play with an intuitive tutorial, but that has already been stated by others, and I am sure that critique has been handy for you already.

Good ideas, probably needs a bit more fleshing out, BUT from there, this could be a very clever idea from here. :D

Really cool ideas with your lives being represented by controls! The game does get out of control, not just for you but with the overall enemies. I personally found myself overwhelmed but at the same time, also felt the difficulty was just right.

I have no clue what I am supposed to do. I feel like this game needs some more instructions for the player. It clearly gets out of control with customers coming in, but what am I supposed to give them, and how am I supposed to know?

Found the lack of instructions for controls and objective overall confusing. Neat pixel art considering you made it, but some extra assistance on how to play within the game would be beneficial!

Laughed my head off far more than what I should have. Could have taken the controls away from me a little more, but alas, was a fun experience.

Cool game! Reminds me of Doodle Jump. Took me a moment to realise that I could stack my jumps while moving from one thought to another, and after that I kept climbing as opposed to dying at the start.

Was neat but I think some extra cues and colours would help determine how "good" a thought was to jump to. Could have also used some sound and music, but a good attempt and would be good to expand upon.

Audio's great, concept overall is pretty neat, but I feel like there's lacking in both AI and the out of control theme. While you were certainly out of control in terms of what cards you received, I don't think that alone justifies the theme.

That said, deckbuilding robot wars? Pretty neat concept. As someone who likes turn based tactical gameplay, this was pretty neat, and could be pretty cool expanded upon~

Agreed with Gryph, the pieces do not appear to be randomised, thus does not quite fit the theme,

Regardless, it's a Chess game without Check/Checkmate. You deserve some points for recreating it as you did. Should you take this further, it could be interesting!

The difficulty of this game is pretty evident; every turret I tried to hack into basically resulted in me being shot practically immediately, which I felt was an issue because no matter which turret I picked, I was instantly punished. Maybe perhaps look at focusing turrets when the player starts an action as opposed to immediately hacking? 

Both levels however look rather pretty, and your art and sound choices were fitting for self-created audio and graphical design choices. Good stuff, but the difficulty was very off-putting.

I couldn't figure out how to use the spells (nowhere do you specify controls) and as such, I never could actually deduce what was "out of control" about the spells. In future, consider including some instructions either within your game detailing controls or here on the submissions page.

Cute game and fitting audio otherwise, could use some more levels or some more platforming.

Good art and good, chill audio, really enjoyed the aesthetic you had going, but I must admit as a Pokemon TCG / YuGiOh player, I actually kinda struggled with the rules of this game. I found myself in my third playthrough just playing random cards expecting to just either win or lose, and moreorless ignored the directions from the cat.

I understand why distinguishing the cards is important with rules pertaining to "Morph a card you draw into a Banner card" for example, but perhaps include some base rules; such as, for example you can only play certain cards on top of others; x beats y beats z beats a beats x, and if you cannot do so, draw a card.

THAT said, again, good art and good chill. Looks like something you could expand upon and could be really interesting in concept. Should you expand, I wish you the best! 

Hey there! Played this as part of my 25!

I must admit I found the game a bit confusing at first, I feel like you may need to flesh out your instructions a little.  I also didn't realise they were at the bottom at first!

Music was pretty cool however I would have appreciated an option to turn it down or turn it off.
Interesting puzzle idea in mind, I am sure you could go further with this. The game works well and you clearly touch on preventing a virus from getting out of control, but I think it's missing a few things which make it exciting.

Nonetheless, good job for what you could do in 48 hours. Lacking, but a good attempt personally!

Was a pretty good game - simplistic yet intuitive gameplay, a tutorial system which stated everything clear and simple, topped up with some great pixel art graphics. All in all, a very enjoyable, basic "pick up and play" game. Levels are short and sweet, have an easy to navigate layout, and the boxes aren't too well hidden but that's a good thing since they are easily accessible.

Kicked the bucket 4 times, but it was a great experience all up. For a 48 hour time constraint, the team produced a remarkable piece of art and I would easily recommend it to anyone interested in trying out something quick.
