This gave me the itch to play some TF2, great rocket jump! I had some challenges getting the hang of the ground-pound & jump but eventually got around with it. I'm not really sure what the gun/hand thing was, but its cool to see some diegetic UI in a jam. the bit crushed post-processing isn't my favorite, but a style some may enjoy. Great jam game!

Zombies were solid, nice textures and animations! The aiming could use some work, and maybe some kind of indicator that a zombie is actually dead vs hit but not dead. I couldn't tell if some required more than one shot or if they were just stacked on each other. I didn't have headphones on so I'm not sure if there was spatial audio but I feel like it could help a lot with hearing zombies that aren't in view, and add some ambient creepiness. Fun game!
Good choice of assets, looks nice together. I had a little trouble at first, going straight for base units and dying a couple times. I made it fairly far going rangers first then some druids.
And i was going to leave a review there but then I saw your screenshot with stats for individual units, and played again, this time far too powerful! So some opportunity for UX improvement. It was quite fun and I played longer than I intended!
Neat concept, I can see this being a full game, along the lines of Powerwash Simulator. Maybe some more relaxing music would help set the vibe.
I had trouble damaging the car enough to get separate pieces off at first, but eventually got the hang of it. Perhaps there's opportunity to try simplifying controls for the sake of fun.
The secondary camera looking down the claw definitely helped, nice touch!
Perhaps this game just isn't for me. Music was good!
Graphics and UI could use some work. After third round I changed the order of my weapons and the Fight button stopped working, so I couldn't continue playing. I thought maybe my hammer was in the way of the button, but moving the hammer again didn't fix it.
Very nice game, definitely a lot of polish in the art. The mechanics are intuitive for a cloud-like bioweapon, passing between the scientists is fun.
Unfortunately the bounce on the right side to get to the upper part of the second level was too difficult, I wasn't able to enjoy the rest of your game! Perhaps some kind of tracer showing the predicted bounce path would help.
Nice game! Art is great and sound effects complimentary, music enjoyable too.
Your attacks could use a visual touch up, perhaps making the fist big and white at the front of the attack, to easier judge range and area. The dark fist on dark background makes it hard to figure out.
Platforming feels good, not too challenging of jumps, but it may be better to front-load instant death areas. Fighting through several enemies and collecting things, to die instantly near the end of a level and repeat all you've already done, doesn't feel great.
Indeed! I'm not good at audio and spent far too long looking for music. Really grateful to find Michael "michitheonlyone" Ihde on Pixabay, their music is awesome and was just the vibe I was looking for!
A bit confusing, not sure what all the power ups in the skill tree do. I ended up with a village full of priests to meet the demand and it still wasn't enough. I suppose darkness will do that do you! Good choice in the music and UI, nice immersion, a bit of Darkest Dungeon if you will. A lot of depth for a jam game, a lot of writing and balancing to be sure. Well done!
Really great polish, a nice bit of story, good music and graphics, a great recipe for a jam game! I'd love to see this game with even more juice, lil squash n stretch, some sound effects. I understand those sorts of things were cut for time and wisely so, this game was trimmed with great precision to fit inside the jam deadline. Well done!
aaayy that was a fun game! Its fun to watch Fred bounce around. Could use some player feedback and sound effects, like if I try to go beyond the bounds of the game, or a little boing on each bounce, and a death animation. I died like three times right away, couldn't figure out what I had done wrong because the game restarted so fast. Then I went on for several minutes. Well done!
