Chop is my favorite microgame

Thanks! We are definitely planning to expand on the game and implement all the improvements everyone has been giving us, I was thinking an outline shader too and making the ceiling lighter.

lol. I'm sure the narrator is watching your every move from the vents.  Me and fatherbeno recently finished another game jam where we had a much smaller scope (the player couldn't walk around but it was still first person) so we knew what was possible and we pushed it. I've personally found that starting simple then making a slightly more advanced or larger games each game jam is effective because you learn your limits and push them :)

Very creative concept, I love the little head wobble your player does when connecting wires. I had some trouble in the later levels with not being able to see the crystal when charging the shield so I had to guess when to stop to charge turrets but other than that It was a well thought out and fun game!

huh they do, never even thought to try the arrow keys, I believe that's a default unreal engine thing, good to know. I guess next time I better test all the buttons lol.

Thanks for the kind words! Mouse movement should be the only thing effecting the camera and WASD is completely separate. I like your first line lol

Really enjoyed the cute wizards!

Depends on if you play with street rules or not. ;)

Very thoughtful design. Taking the shooting away from a top down shooter and giving you a flashlight to assist is awesome. I'm pleasantly surprised by how well all the different mechanics at play fit together and I think the flashlight battery mechanic is an awesome idea to add difficulty and skill

I really enjoyed experiencing this visual novel. giving off a lot of Altered Carbon vibes. I love the art and the narrative was engaging

Simple yet thought provoking game, Mechanics are easy to understand and the move limit was a good addition to add difficulty.

I really enjoyed the art style and core game concept. I also like the way you can make your players unsynchronized to solve some areas.

Really enjoyed playing. Crashes are understandable, it was made in 48 hours. The graphics are awesome too. Simple mechanic, hard execution

I really enjoyed this take on the joined together movement system. rather than making the entire movement mechanics joined the space bar alone makes it more interesting and harder to mentally swap between what character you're controlling.

Yeah we had problems with the ceiling lighting always wanted to be black because it wasn't getting any light on it. Will definitely be fixed in later releases. Thanks for playing!

Do you know if there a solvable reason it gave you motion sickness? My only thought is it could have been the fps, low spec version may help! I would love to look into this to make the game more playable for everyone :)

Really enjoyed the little dialog the ball has. Good receptive screen shake too.

The procedural piano notes really show how much polish has been put into such a clean game.

The art is soo clean!

I found it really enjoyable and smooth to play. the pull back slingshot mechanic was very fluid and satisfying. However I think It would be good to make the player spawn not moving until they have flung themselves once. Great concept and smooth gameplay.

I made a cookie monster out of cookies, eyes and glue. really quaint. I think the screenshot mechanic at the end really tops off the game.

The art looks amazing! soo satisfying when you start getting a long line with all the cute animals.

I like the way you took a simple concept and expanded/improved it by integrating the theme. Would have been great to see a main menu rather than booting into the game straight away, but not necessary. I enjoyed playing.

I really like the concept and the cute little robot. I enjoyed following my hand at mark-10 I'm glad you made world accommodate my need for speed.

So Cute! I really enjoyed the mechanic where you pull on the leash the human fights back.

For the small amount of time you had available its great! Really satisfying swinging the train carts around.

The art is beautiful! I'm a sucker for orange and yellow palettes :)

Every aspect of the game is insanely polished, the tutorial was easy to understand and required no preexisting knowledge. my only constructive feedback would be making the textures for the moving parts and destinations more noticeable. Other than that. one of the best I've played for this jam!

Such a well polished game for a fun, chaotic concept. I wanna put the time into painting the whole main menu.

The little Knight wildly swinging his sword is soo cute! The levels were well made and getting the knight and wizard to stay neatly in the next level box was entertaining.

Very entertaining messages to keep me motivated, I got to like 4 song loops.

Heya, Thanks for playing! For science purposes, may I ask how long it took for you to finish? (if you did)
