I really enjoyed this. Great job! Reminded me of old flash games like Elona Shooter. A speed up button would be nice though. Waiting for 30+ slimes to spawn can be quite a long time.

Great game.  I had about 140km left to go before starving to death! Loved the art and the music. My only real feedback is it might be nice to have some sort of indication of what the options during event could possibly do, or even chance of failure. Otherwise seems kind of arbitrary which button you push because you don't really know what sort of results will happen without playing through every scenario many times, though I guess that makes it on-theme ha.  So maybe something like each option during an event tells which resource you primarily are risking with a failure and which one you could gain the most of during success.

Thanks for the feedback. I only found out about the viewport glitch an hour before the deadline, could only reproduce it on some machines and not others. So not really sure what is causing it.

Good idea on the chopping sounds and pause menu!

I was curious how much experimentation people were willing to do to try to change the outcome if they were unguided. Good to know should give at least a little more push to maybe try something else.

Great game! It was tight and polished. This could easily be expanded into a fun series of levels.

I liked the twist that the plants can mutate and attack you. Though I couldn't figure out if there was a way to fight back.

Great little TD game! The Bank is so powerful though haha. Got 8 of them down then had more gold than I knew what to do with.

Awesome game, I didn't experience any of the lag the other commentators mentioned but the speed up did seem a little excessive, maybe a little slower ramp up. I really liked the character and music.

(1 edit)

awesome! Yeah there are currently only three endings, but i would have liked to added more.

thanks! Probably wasn’t actually a bug and you instead found the optimal strategy of clear cutting around where the fire spawns haha.  If I developed it more I’d want to make it more clear that fire just has nowhere to spread to and so burns out where it is.

thanks! Yeah I wanted to figure out a way to add that in but didn’t have time to figure out a way that felt good

Fun game! I managed to  make it to wave 6 of 8. Though I wasn't quite sure how the upgrades were supposed to work. Maybe I was just unlucky but seemed like most of them just jammed my weapons.

It's arrow keys and U, I from what I can tell. Though I couldn't do much other than feed the dog the fish. It's definitely a good start to an idea.

Definitely took me a second to figure out why I kept dying when I played cards (turns out I kept discarding too many meat shields hah).  I really liked the concept though! I think some visuals to indicate what will happen would be good, like maybe highlighting which cards will be discarded and how much self-damage will be done if you play the card you are hovering over.

I really enjoyed this. Unfortunately it crashed pretty quickly (Chrome), but would be cool to see this developed out a bit more!

Thanks, that means a lot!

Thank you! It’s the first game I’ve ever made so that means a lot.

I really enjoyed the sound effects in this game, the crunching is quite satisfying.

Fun game! Enemies don't seem to scale much, got to lvl 13 and seemed about the same every level. I enjoy that you can keep adding multiple jumps so you effectively fly.

Fun little game! I didn't get very far but enjoyed it.
