Game Description
Survive a year in your village by defeating goblins and collecting resources!

How does your game tie into the theme?
My intention was for unintended consequences to arise when all of the resources had been harvested or all the goblins were defeated. I ran out of time, so I didn't tie into the theme as much as I'd hoped.

The game concept is interesting and I like that the villagers are somewhat autonomous. I never figured out how to build or use the resources. Also, what are the 3 differently colored geometric shapes in the upper middle of the screen? The game froze after a few days in both my runs. I think it could become really good if you choose to develop it further after the jam.

Hey congrats on your first jam!

Making an RTS is quite ambitious, even more for a game jam, but I think you still did a pretty good job getting the foundations right, and I hope to see you in the next game jam!

Plus I love the little guys, they have a charm to them.

I don't think this is supposed to happen, I also got goblins stuck in houses and villagers stuck

I won't rate your game, because I feel like I missed a lot, and I don't understand what's going on.

Kinda buggy, but still really fun and enjoyable.

The game froze sometime in summer and I made this glorious screenshot:

I couldn't harvest the resources for some reason ( or I'm just dumb and that's not how it works ¯\_(ツ)_/¯  )

Despite that I still think this game has potential and I woudl love to see it developed further!

Pixel art is very cool. The mechanics seem really nice, but the screen resolution prevented me from fully enjoying it. Very interested in a PC version in the future to play again!

You made a game, so you have something to be proud of!

Great job for your first jam! Pixel art was really nice and cute. However the game kept crashing in chrome. Also a full screen option would have been nice as the game window is too small.

Yeah, great job for your first game jam. Villagers were cute and I felt inclined to care for them.

I really enjoyed this. Unfortunately it crashed pretty quickly (Chrome), but would be cool to see this developed out a bit more!

Oh man I’d really like to play this but the game kept crashing for me after a while when I’d click on some of the houses. Might be a Firefox issue :(

Great job for your first game jam! I also struggled to work out how to kill the goblins at first, but I had fun playing this one!

I really like the concept of this - very simple controls and watching your villagers do their thing. I initially thought just clicking on the goblins would have the villagers attack them, but the player clicking damages them. It helped a lot once I figured that out!  I think the graphics are pretty good, and the play is very smooth. I was never able to get very far because it would lock up after a while.  Still, I think this has a lot of potential - nice job!
