There's nothing much I can say that hasn't been said by Mentel. The game is literally all text, and it's not even a visual novel to justify it. The writing is awful, since most of the sad memories are just your family dying while you were being a jerk, which really doesn't connect me with the spirit or the story whatsoever, since the only time I heard of the family is through floaty black boxes I should avoid(You could add some kind of backstory in order to connect the player with the protagonist more). I'd suggest getting some better assets from the asset store to make the player connect with the game more, since the current game feels more like a prototype rather than a fully fledged game with 10 levels. The font the game was going with feels out of place, mainly because the game lacks meaningful graphics.

Nice survival game! I have a few suggestions which you can add to improve it. Make the collectibles triggers rather than colliders, the enemies tend to get stuck at them, which I don't think is intended. I'd also make the projectile not a collider but a trigger as well, because the bullet can sometimes send you to your doom. Adding more upgrades, abilities and enemy variety would also help a ton!
Cool short game! I'd like it if there were more people to interact with + some traffic to indicate that there's more than 3 people. Maybe I'm asking too much for a jam game, also some sounds would make it more immersive. I don't really know how much it fits the theme, I didn't really "Dive deep", maybe it has something to do with the character who's grieving the loss of their pet?
What a game! I don't really get the crouch mechanic, since there is no downside to using, simply making the player's hitbox smaller would've been good enough instead of being forced to use the crouch through 90% of the game. I like the other controls beside that, allowing you to build up speed on slopes really makes the game more fun!
The movement for me is way too slow, and it's very confusing on what you're supposed to do, it took me a while to figure out i wasted a bullet, since the icons at the bottom left resemble hieroglyphs, which I now know is an inventory? Also if you walk into a wall, you 'climb' it, trip and at that point you can't control the cube at all as it continues spinning endlessly. I'd recommend speeding the movement up so you don't have to wait ages to move to a next tile, and slowly introducing the features in-game(like telling the player they're supposed to shoot the red thing and other stuff) rather than a block of text. I liked the idea and the graphics though!
Hello! Thanks for the feedback, could you describe the 'small icons'? Do you mean the chest and weird thing counter? Also what device are you playing the game on? It currently only supports windows. You should be able to see the player and the cave they reside in, also all the controls are on the main page of the project!
P.S I just released an update that fixed yet another game breaking bug, hopefully that magically solves the issue!
Pretty unique interpretation of the theme, I like the concept of turning the negative thoughts into positive ones as allies. It kinda sucks that you can mostly just chill at the center and shoot rather than dodge the negative thoughts(except the heart), and there's a huge leaderboard in the way of things, which you slowly get used to but it kinda seems out of place. Other than that I found the game pretty enjoyable!
