This game is very well made :) And the sound/audio was great!

we meet again, acorn studios (i remember you from bwj8 and 9). Solid and well made analog horror take on pong, a bit slow in gameplay, but you did the atmosphere very well. Great job!

The game was scary, simple and effective. I almos shat my pants at the end.

This has a great feel, and the central idea of making an analog horror game in which you're playing Pong is amazing and suits the theme of this jam great.

Agree with others that it's a bit slow, which works well for the horror vibe I think, but makes it a bit of a slog in terms of gameplay. Just something to think about since it looks like you have plans to expand this.

Great work!

This game scared the schmekels/bajeesus out of me, very well made and very atmospheric!

I like the horror twist to the pong game, it was short but sweet, but the AI kicked my ass :d

Original concept for Pong, love the rising tension. Short but effective :D

Wow, thanks! Means a lot 💖

I loved the visuals and the way you used the theme, then adding horror to an old-time classic such as Pong is a stroke of genius! I felt like the gameplay itself was a bit tedious, not your fault, it's just pong after all, but perhaps speeding up the ball a tad bit or making the AI just a bit more challenging would've been great!

The audio was also great, I loved the way you used the music during the tutorial and well, all the static noises throughout the experience itself were top notch.

Thanks for your submission!

Played the update and it definitely feels better, there are some minor bugs like the audio for the jumpscare being delayed and if the ball hits the very bottom or the top of the paddle it just sticks there but overall, this is a pretty good game for how short it is.

Thanks for the feedback, I will get to fixing those bugs!

its cool i took the theme in a completely different direction and am starting to have self doubts

it did feel like the ball was moving way to slow for how fast the jumpscare gets triggered but beside for that the rest of the game was good.

I’ll work on that in the post-jam version, but I am glad you enjoyed it overall.

The jam hasn't ended yet, you can still work on it
