very chiptune-y ! feels like an older version of animal crossing (?). But, not feeling the sun in this for some reason. There is a playfulness to the track which I appreciated !

I like the fact that you have the night, evening and day in the track ! This is definitely one of the more creative entries and fits the theme very well.

ooooh guitar ! I love a nice guitar jazzy chord progression ! nice sound selection very laid back vibe, I can totally imagine this being in the game, the composition doesn't take over the senses too much and stays in the background enough still not boring the listener. Really like it. Perfect for the game. Just wish it was a little longer !

really like the instrument choices and there is so much playfulness in track, fits the theme of sunny island vibes and the sfx is a vibe and the use of it has been done tastefully, really like the work here !

Minimal composition but fits the afternoon sunny nap time mood perfectly,. love the gulls and a really nice lines !

Tsuya - every second of this piece was well thought out. Don't want to repeat what everyone already said but the orchestration at 1:15 gave me goosebumps. This track is a great example of if you're gonna do one thing you should do it really well. We had the opportunity to give more than 3 minutes of tracks but I feel this is how it needs to be done. I am looking forward to hearing more compositions from you now.

In context of an imaginary game, I see this as the perfect intro track which starts the player in the characters feet in the game. A very momentous and important time for the player experiencing the game through the characters eyes.

Looking forward to hearing more from you :) also this made so much sense as a "spotting" exercise. Love it.

you should be able to download it now, forgot to unhide the game ! apologies !

In the mind of bubbles - I love this track because it actually made me feel like I am on a path where the bubbles are popping right in front of me and sounds like a perfect beginning to this game. Kinda wish it went for longer :)

Where no bubbles dare to dwell - took away the little bit of innocence which the last track established and the "negative space" @technocrepe mentioned really shines a lot here. I was listening to this track with the winds rustling the trees in the background and really made me feel a little bit sad. Just a little. Lovely track.

Interlude - was a great track would have loved for it to go on a little longer :) Guess it was a good interlude !

Origins - I love the little bit of oriental feeling in this song initially because I am definitely thinking of the picture theme here :) Feels like the journey has come to end for sure and the origins song give me a bit of a reminiscing feeling more than anything else and in a good way as the journey has ended.

Really like this submission ! The second song was a big favorite ! Could definitely see this being used in a game about the little girl in the picture theme, a story about innocence and coming to age. Great job !

Thank you ! This was an experiment on finding what all stuff I could do with my new DAW setup. Haven't had a DAW before this so went a little crazy. Thank you for your comment ! Appreciate it !

The beginning of the song made me feel like I am going into a fantasy world then the rising feeling turning electronic started to make the track even more interesting. The drop is what changed it for me and then I felt like I was in a cinematic trailer for a AAA game title where the slashing and dashing is happening with this dubstep track playing in the background.

I like the track a lot but didn't understand how this can be used for any setting in the game. Tbh I haven't played a lot of games in the last few years but which games use dubstep tracks ? Not sure about it ! But I really like the song itself. Great Job !

self love - reel in the listener instantly, does remind me of those slow times where I would spend time with myself and try to grind even though it wasn't the best of times.

on my mind - the initial melody in the track does give the track a feeling of contemplation, but then as the lead synth hits it definitely reels my attention back to the song and gives me something to think about after I am back into contemplation

shadow boxing - great segue into this song after on my mind because after the contemplation I am fighting myself and the lead synth used here is the same, and the other melody for the shadow makes me feel like I am in a western cowboy movie for just a second and then there is a anime title theme vibe with which the song ends but the battle clearly hasn't ended, love it

shrine of shared strength - after the tiredness of these battles with myself I definitely feel like this is a rest stop I am at and the best thing to do at this moment is take it easy.

Loved the work ! Shadow boxing was my favorite and I loved how the transition from on my mind to shadow boxing worked, and how all the works come together as a whole. I definitely see this being used in a 16 bit adventure game where the final boss we have to fight is a shadow version of ourselves. Great job !

I can explore distant worlds  - this song makes me feel like I am a satyr walking around in a magical forest. The panflute has been used really well here and it serves the purpose right over here. Also for the rest of the track considering you're using more panflute, this song gets my ears ready for the next songs.

I can become a hero - really love what you have done with the sfx of the people getting hit. Those much sounds xD. I giggled a little bit there. Really felt like a hero and that panflute, man didn't think it could be used in a context like that.

I can meet my true love - made me feel hopeful about finding true love but also made me feel little sad because of all the hinge dates I will have to go on now.

Until the bell rings - made it feel like it was all a dream. All the magical forests and fighting and the princess drama. Waking up with my face in a puddle of my own saliva on the school table as the bell rings, wasn't the best feeling but it was a good dream atleast.

Really like the composition :) Had fun listening to them, this is definitely I would see being used in a indie game that would be made over a weekend. My favorite one was I can explore distant worlds for sure. The compositions were perfectly minimal without superfluous changes or licks or anything I thought. Good job ! Did you play a bit safe by any chance ? ;p I would have loved to head more of I can meet my true love for sure !

I am new to composing for video games but am accustomed to composing RnB style easy going chill music or string and piano arrangements. Looking forward to making music that elevates the experience of the game and nothing else.

Looking forward to working with brilliant individuals and have fun on this jam making some tasty music ~~~

After the participant creates a sample pack and then uses it in the DAW, is the participant allowed to manipulate the samples in any way that they want ? Can they put any kind of effects on the samples ?
