Thank you kindly, I think your art eclipses mone by a mile however hahaha. Well done again

Really nicely made and well rounded game with an addictive rouge-like loop. Some effort has obviously been put into the game design of this game, well done.

This appears to be an issue with chrome/microsoft edge and unity's custom cursor unfortunately. Firefox and the downloadable version seems to be working fine. This is what you I get for tacking on the WebGL build; thanks for the info fellas.

Unfortunately after an hour of testing I've been unable to reproduce the issue, if you play again and get the same error could I ask you post an image of the issue? Cheers

Really clever design, love the use of near misses as power ups. The tutorial format is phenomenal and is really nice to see in a game jam. It'd be nice if the cannons were of a slightly darker colour to help with the near misses. But again, great game.

Glad you enjoyed it, could you elaborate on the tearing and movement? There is a CRT effect that would have been nice for me to make optional.

It's literally my only feedback however, I really enjoyed this otherwise, the game feels like a good vertical slice which is impressive for a game jam :)

Nice concept, I had fun. I may be guilty of neglecting the greenhouse to forcefully inject liquid fire down an ant hill.

The tool tips do help, however they take a while to pop up for each one which can bog things down, and the low opacity of the background sprite makes it a bit hard to read.

I've been stuck on the last level for over an hour now, enjoying my time, but please tell me there is a solution here, I just can't see it haha

Those robots scared the hell out of me hahaha, cool game, very hard.

You've paced this really well, short and sweet. I think it'd be nice to have the prices of things on the buttons themselves, it'd help me crank out those computers.

Thanks! Yeah I only realised I could post a webGL game for this gamejam at the last minute so I didn't have much time available to design for it. I will definitely keep it in mind for the future.

Ahhhhhhh, thanks for the tip :)

Thanks for believing in me.

I can tell you put a lot of love into this so a genuine congratulations for you and your team, especially for a first game.

Fun game, skins are a nice incentive, although I'm too bad to obtain any haha

My first game jam too :)

Love the concept, simple but elegant. I got stuck playing this for about half an hour, exploring all the nooks and shadows.

There's some special source in clobbering a whole bunch of the fire elementals in one go, cruuunch haha. Nice job, love the music too.

Thanks so much for the lovely feedback, hopefully your mouse showed up hahaha.

Thanks, hopefully others will let me know if this is a wider spread issue.

Hahaha I love this game, the end credits were the icing on the cake.

Really really like this concept, there's something so satisfying about accelerating the population growth feedback loop. I found it snowballs quite hard though, maybe I'm just bad but I couldn't get a good foothold before my guys rand headfirst into the goo haha. Thanks for making this.

Love the music and the character controller feels really nice, fun game. Enemy variety is nice too.

Oh no, I just tested the downloaded release build on my PC, and the custom cursor isn't showing up for some reason but the regular mouse is. Was the cursor showing up at all, and was this in browser or on pc? Thanks for the feedback

I really love the title screen effect, that's really cool. I did seem to have a problem of when I was rotating with D and using ctrl to shoot, it kept bookmarking the page hahaha. Love the art

I wish I understood music theory, cool idea though.

I like the crisp art style, I'd recommend adding some drag to the boat and possibly base it off your drift angle, if drifting is what you're going for. Also, I escaped and kept accelerating to what I assume is supersonic.

Cool game with a unique mechanic I haven't really seen before personally. I got stuck on the fourth level though haha.

The mix of turn based and what seems to be real time combat co-existing is really interesting, cool idea. Also love the voice acting bro, you killed it.

(1 edit)

I really like the turn based tower defense idea, I think this is very cool. Unfortunately I did get stuck on an enemies turn with no option to do anything. Love the graphics too :)

Edit: The image is where I got stuck, I assume it's hanging waiting for something to complete.
