definitely a good base to develop on if you continue it.
the music and visual mood were fun and did the job for a game jam.
while the theme powers work and fit the theme, however it wasnt really challenging cause i managed to clear all without it mostly first try without the blast (cause i missread o as 0, im dumb) mostly by spamming the sword, it felt the enemies damage and hitbox was generous on that end.
but as a proof of concept, it works definitely ! and combat balance isnt very fast and easy to do, granted.
Good fun.
Short but sweet! My only complaints are that the attack and spell are too powerful. If you made the sword deal less damage, made the spell less potent, and maybe gave the enemies more health and a bigger attack range, this could be a really cool game! Keep up the good work!
The music was nice and I really liked the intro.
The spell did never work for some reason but dash was ok until it went away until the next level. I used the melee attack to defeat all the enemies. I also had some visual bugs but nothing game breaking.
Going to echo what others have said, Graphical bugs.
Easy and your power is way too overpowered.
This has potential would love to play an updated version of this, So keep working on it!

Actually, i had the same impressions when i test my game at the end. I will probably make a better version of this game.

I had some graphical glitches (I don't have a 1920x1080 screen - maybe that's the cause).
I found it a bit too easy: The spell if pretty potent. Running through enemies spamming space is also too powerful. And I never used dash. I think dash would be useful if enemies had a larger attack radius and the player had some notification on whence an attack happens.
It could evolve into a nice dungeon-crawler with real-time combat though.

I had the same impression when i test my game at the end. But, unfortunately, i hadn't more time. Maybe a couldown for the sword and if the life is kept in all levels would make the game harder

The O key is a bit too powerful if you heal every floor. There were also some graphical bugs with the health bar being way too big and the ladder down being in the dark and unable to see clearly. Concept is really fun though and I think it has some legs!

It has potential.
Currently:
- the controls are not the best
- the game is not working perfectly in browser (images)
- the animations for attack are not working unless you move
- ... and so on.
The idea is probably good but the execution is not the best.
Well, not the nicest review, sorry. Don't leave the game like this. Fix few things and make it better ;)
