Fun little game! Beat one on easy and then tried one on evil which I ended in second place (at the end there was an overwhelming amount of eggs and I couldn't dodge any longer. I didn't feel much need to grab yolks to lay eggs. I guess you get to try to hit the person below you, but that means putting yourself in risk to grab yolks next to falling eggs. I did it anyway for the extra challenge or when they were easy to grab.
I thought at first that the eggs everyone was sending were falling in everyone's world one at a time in a giant egg loop, but I think you only send eggs to the person right below you and then they vanish? Regardless its a fantastic concept and very fun. Would be cool if the chicken flapped a bit as you went up.
I like it! Played solo for a while, didn't understand at first what was happening, but when I realized that I was playing against others it got a lot more exiting. This could definitely see this becoming a popular casual multiplayer game.
Played it solo and got shelled multiple times. Game is probably much more exciting in multiplayer, since the bot above me didn't drop eggs very often. When he did, it would be a burst of 3-4 eggs, then nothing for a minute, then repeat.
I like the soft pastel color choices. Usually games like this and Tetris 99 do the opposite, with fast paced music and sharp edgy visuals. It was a nice change of pace.
The buffs were standard and worked as intended. I liked the corn gun powerup the most.
I didn't encounter any issue in my few playthroughs. Other posters mentioned basically the same suggestions I would have.
A minor suggestion that would be quick to implement but rewarding to have would be the chicken facing the direction he's moving. Just flip the sprite when moving left, and flip back when facing right.
Genius concept. I've only played solo, but found it to be a lot of fun. Really simple and easy to get into while still being really intense at times.
Upgrade variety was good although some of the temporary buffs felt a little short to be worth the opportunity cost of picking them up. I did like the risk/reward of picking things up at the top of the screen and I wonder if there could be some mechanic where better items tend to spawn higher up or if pickups moved around slowly
It might be nice to see an indicator at the bottom of the screen that showed you your target's x location, just to make it easier to aim for them. (possibly one for the player above you as well?)
Please let me make my name a little longer
I think there should be a notification whenever a player gets eliminated, even if they are not your direct target
Pickups should flash a bit before despawning
After winning, the game froze on this page and I could hear the first millisecond of a chicken noise repeating over and over again. This seemed to stress my computer out and none of the ui options did anything. Haven't been able to recreate
My biggest suggestion/request would be add local multiplayer with split screen. Maybe have one player using WASD, and another arrow keys.
I think the game can be pretty fun stream experience, and as some sort of party game.
You can probably expand upon it by adding more power ups, and maybe some levels with some obstructions, teleporters, and other features that are present in games like that. I am sure you are not going to have problems finding ideas.
Thanks webby I'm in the process of making it online multiplayer, not sure about local at the moment. More powerups and eggs are definitely planned, if you have any fun ideas for some lmk!
It sure would. It's up to you where you want to take the game. You can balance more frustrating one with how rare they are, or come up with some limiters and perks.
A really interactive game of trying to stop eggs on other players. I found it very fun, but I wish there was background music and what the game is being told to the player in the game. I didn't know there was other players to fight against until a minute or two in the game.

Thanks brother
Took a bit to understand what was going on. Not too bad once I figured it out. Had to quit when my dad scrambled me.
Thank you shipwreck kun. And thank you for streaming!

some fun ideas for eggs, huh?
powerups:
Some of these are planned, some of these aren't but are cool. I like the idea of bouncing eggs (would be really frustrating though lmao)

Thanks bro. Music and brief guide will be added in due time!
