I think this is a very good jam submission. You have a nice idea with a very reasonable scope, which allowed you to have a very solid and polished implementation. Congrats.
Also, it's great to see godot being more and more represented in jams!
One of my favourite games so far. Absolutely loved how cleverly the narrative was laid out. It provided me with an immersive experience, as I could see from the character's perspective while organising my thoughts in-game.
Interesting game concept! It definitely makes the player feel alone with their thoughts. Great job!
This is honestly one of my favorite games this jam. Great writing and the mechanic work great with the themes. Amazing!
This has a sad story :(
Very fun original game idea
Awesome game - it represents forgetfulness really well, and the last level is just heartbreaking. The "win" sound effect is very incongruous to the tone of the rest of the game. I'm torn, because on the one hand, I found it kind of funny, in a Stanley Parable kind of way, but on the other hand, I feel like it sort of ruined the very good tone the rest of the game was setting up. But regardless, this is a very good game jam entry!
I'm not sure if I should be impressed or disappointed that I could develop an emotional attachment to a match-two memory game. I rather liked this.
The narrative tone of this was very interesting. I really like how you took a simple pick 2 game and filled it full of emotion and story. Great use of audio and just overall polish
Beautiful and heart wrenching, Its a very interesting take on what I assume is dementia. Uncovering the story piece by piece almost as though you're in the narrators mind trying to connect loose memories. The gameplay connects with the story really well. Audio design is really satisfying, all the interactions with the cards. The final congrats sound felt like it came out of nowhere but it made me burst out laughing which I think was needed after such a solemn story. Great work!
Thank you so much, that's definitely what I was going for. And I'm glad the abrupt ending landed.
Great vibe, fantastic story telling
Wow, so powerful storytelling, loved every bit of it
