This was really fun to play! My only complaints were that I would get really close and have to fully reset to try again and that I wasn't sure which gears were going to turn automatically at the start of each level. A way to pause and start the gears, while making changes in between, as well as some more visual indicators would really help. Great work!

How does your game represent "Power"?
Gears are used to generate and transfer power to a goal box.

Thank you for the feedback! I’d appreciate it a lot if you had any specific suggestions for visual indicators. Currently it’s really just “on fire or not” and “is it a goal”, so I think a few more like “what direction it will move if it’s a motor” and “is the goal activated” would be helpful. As for the pause/play, that’s definitely on the list now so thanks!
If I were making it, I’d maybe connect all the gears to generators with wires. The wires could be different colors for powered/unpowered or an animation could play for the powered generators. Then the goal could shift to powering the unpowered generators. A simpler solution would be to put a little icon (lightning bolt or target) in the middle of the corresponding gears
Interesting little puzzling idea there. Most wizard's cars run with fire gears these days.
Pretty cool concept! It's a nice little game that showcases its main mechanics in its first 5 levels and then puts the player to the ultimate test. Seeing gears spin like they should is extremely satisfying and I really dig the relaxing vibes. I only wish I didn't have to reset the entire setup once I tried a combination of gears, but that didn't bother me too much. Well done!
fun lil puzzle game, gives off old mobile puzzle game vibes which i like. nice job!
Fun and simple puzzle game, definitely something I would have played on a flash site
