Jump n' Shoot man done right! Amazing accomplishment when given only a week to develop, and a solid fun time I can play in the browser I was supposed to have been doing my college work in. Solid stuff!
Great Game! I really LOVED it that, that when you are hurt enough, the visor colour changes.
That is so a nice little detail, but so cool and also pretty helpful.
The Jingle in the End reminded me a bit of an TMNT NES game :D
This is definitely one of the best Games this Jam, I've played so far :).
I almost forgot it was entry for a Jam, it felt almost like a Game for which I paid money, haha.
Wow, this is a genuinely perfect entry...
Amazing art that genuinely feels retro, in the best way possible. Great metroid-like level design that perfectly incorporates the theme of the jam. And beautiful spritework! Plus the difficulty is definitely more accessible than your Armored Core entry from last time, lol.
Absolute cinema!
I will cry if this doesn't get played on stream.
I beat the game within an hour and didn't get a bikini sprite. other than that great Metroid game
This game has a very retro look, feel, and sound. I enjoyed the animations for the checkpoint, explosions, and especially the tesla coil projectiles. It would be nice to have a visual indicator that my shots are hitting the enemy. The keyboard controls were rough, but I had a much better time after plugging in a controller. Pretty cool that you have controller support. Good work!
