thoe i think the walking animation can start a litel earlyer, when i tack smale steps towards bottles that are close the cat just seems to glide. other then that its a solid game

Really nice game, really satisfying to push the potions over, amazing graphics too! Funny moment at some point I got stuck in the east part of level 2 and couldn't get out haha no idea on how I managed to do that

Beautiful art style! And also, great animations for the cat, the one where it is pushing that big glass is just the cutest. Fun gameplay , too! I'm just curious how the grading works? Because sometimes I felt like I messed up but got an A lol. Also, nice sound design, the sound of potions smashing was super satisfying. Same with the cat pulling out it's claws in the dialogues. Great stuff. Also, feel free to check out our game we made for the jam!

Suggestions(optional):
add more than just a jump in the movement/ more interactive changes. The books were a good try but it was only at the end and if u missed them you have to wait way too long
