nice graphics and really entertaining game

Developer

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it :)

Really great gameplay, love the 3D models! The controls are a bit wonky, maybe mouse controlled movement would feel a little better, but aside from that, great implementation of the theme,  and cool idea!

Developer(+1)

Hey, thank you for the feedback! Mouse controlled could be interesting. Might play around with controls a bit more after the jam ends. Thanks again for playing!

I like this game! Great gameplay and art! Good job!

P.S.

After some time it was really difficult to play cuz lots of orders hahaha

Developer

Thank you! Yeah, it does get a bit chaotic, haha! Might be something I adjust after the game jam ends.

I was trynna go fastt!, hitting the boost and crashing everywhere, purple house always getting mad lol fun time. This was really cool game got a nostalgic feeling

Developer

Haha, fast is good! Really glad to hear you had a fun time :)

Submitted(+1)

Really fun, but extremely difficult too!

Developer (1 edit)

Haha, thanks for playing! Hopefully it wasn't too difficult :)

The sounds and music sound good, but the controls could be a bit better, fun game!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! I'll probably go back and tweak a few things after the jam ends.

I like the graphics and music.

Developer

Thanks! Glad you liked them :)

Cute low poly visuals, cool game concept, reminds me of overcooked but without cooking.

Developer

Thank you for the kind words! :)

Developer

Thanks!

Music in this game was really good. It got me to feel the time pressure when more deliveries were required.  I liked the visuals too, and the game asks you to keep playing. My record was 4 stars and a half lol. It is also kind of hard!

Developer

Thanks so much for the feedback! Glad you enjoyed it :)

Gameplay is addicting enough to finish the game and desire to play a lil' bit more.
Soundtrack works well with the game, i ilke it!
Visuals look nice.

I think, that with some simple animations (car tilting to the side when turning; houses bouncing when you take/deliver food) and some postprocessing (like bloom, perhaps) game would look even better!

All in all, solid work!

Developer

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it and appreciate the feedback. I agree, more feedback animations would've made the game feel better. And post processing is something I need to work on more for all my games. Thanks again for playing!

I like the graphics and how the music sort of adds to the sense of agency. The controls are sharp and responsive, however I noticed I didn't really use the boost, as it usually just resulted in me bumping into things uncontrollably.

On thing that might've made it look even better was the use of post processing, but that's just personal taste. Other than that, great work!

Developer(+1)

Thank you! I get what you mean about the boost. I play-tested so much that I knew where in the map to best use the boost, but that's not helpful for anyone new to the game. I tend to make games look worse with too much PP, so I avoid it altogether. It's something I need to work on, for sure. Thanks again for playing!

I love this game. The graphics are amazing. I would love It if you would add more worlds.

Developer

Thank you very much! Yeah, more worlds would be awesome. After the jam is over, I might go back and add in more levels along with a few other features based on some great feedback. Thanks again for playing!

Real sharp and clean game, fun aesthetic and controls to make a great little experience.

- Favorite part is how clear the interface is once you understand it all, the number of customers needing things+direction to target etc, all well presented and readable to let you focus on completing the tasks.
Just enough twists and turns navigating to make it an engaging area to drive around in which helps the experience too.

- I think the boost is a good idea, but a bit sort of just there in execution. Depends on your goal for what it adds. I think something that might be better is having boost recovery tied to customer satisfaction, so it's more core to the experience instead of just recovering an amount on occasion when a recover object spawns along your desired path, and adds an extra layer of satisfaction to reaching the customers as fast as possible. Also slowing down the base movement speed a bit, and the boost speed a bit, so instead of quick vs super fast/almost uncontrollable-though potentially the kind of chaotic speed you want for the games tone, it would be comfortable vs satisfyingly fast, and create a better pace as you drive then zip around and back when you spend it then recover it from deliveries.

Developer(+1)

First of all, thank you so much for the detailed feedback! You're spot on about the boost. It was added in slightly later when we felt the driving alone was a bit stale. Tried to implement drifting, but we were too far into the mechanics and running very low on time, so it was scrapped. The boost seemed to mostly fill the void and was an easy addition. But, to your point, linking it to something like customer satisfaction would've probably better tied it into the core game and created smoother pacing. I may go back and modify a few things after the jam. Thanks again for playing!

:) no worries! Glad to hear it helpful.
Ah that definitely makes sense. Good luck making revisions to it if you do, a real solid core to fine tune a bit here.
Thanks for making the game :) !

This is pretty good. I don't really have any critiques

Developer

Haha, good to hear! Thanks for playing :)

Looks really good! Loved the art and the style you chose for the game! I had a blast playing and loved the design of it all!

Nice job!

Developer

really nicely done! looks great & music and sounds are awesome! really great take on the theme as well, wish I had thought of something as creative as this! 5 stars all around!

I'd appreciate it if you could play/rate my game as well! :)

Developer(+1)

Thank you for the rating, really glad you liked it! I’ll definitely play/rate your game as soon as I get back to my computer this evening 🙂

The level of polish here really sells the game for me, I especially enjoyed things like the tweening that is used heavily to make everything feel smooth and fun to look at. The movement is smooth, and it's a simple yet enjoyable experience for at least a couple of attempts.

Developer(+1)

Hey, thanks so much for the review!

Submitted(+1)

This is a really fun, polished game with great movement and a good implementation of the theme. I especially like the use of simple, but effective UI. The length also feels good as it feels like you have got a good experience, but is not dawn out. Well Done!

Developer(+1)

Thank you! Really glad you enjoyed it.

It was great. If possible, feedback on my game would be great!

Developer(+1)

Absolutely! I’m out right now, but will definitely play/rate it when I get back.

Great. Enjoy!
