Very cool art! The different characters are very distinctly unique in their play styles - enjoyed Doug the most!

Developer

Thanks!! Awesome to see a Doug enjoyer :]

I liked the different playstyles each character had. Having health carry over between bosses makes the game pretty difficult; I feel like increasing the amount of health healed by the potion would make things a little easier.

Really fun theme! I really liked the cartoony style, and the bosses being a rat, a crab and a chicken was quite a laugh. The bosses are entertaining and a bit challenging without feeling unfair. It was nice trying out the different characters and seeing their different abilities. Overall, a solid game. Good job!

Fun art and gameplay, the bosses and player movement require some polish but it was a fun a experience.

It was a fun game! Liked the visual style and music !

P.s.  It would be cool to add impact from hitting bosses

Appreciate the comment! :]

And totally agree - I think next time, I'd add some white flashes and do something special for when a sword slash hits.

Really neat! I love the crab fight a lot fun reference. I appreciate that the boss fights are something that can be learned with a bit of practice, and that they can be fought in any order. Maybe needs some UI to explain which buttons to press to select the boss and get through dialogue, and settings to adjust audio in game. Great work!

Thanks so much for playing my game! Glad you enjoyed. :]

Awesome suggestions - I've gotta nail this menu and UI thing for sure, I feel like a controls menu would be key. Appreciate you mentioning the audio adjustment idea - I think for starters I could definitely use some sound vs music balancing controls. Thanks!

Straight forward and fun game, study the boss mechanics and you'll do fine. Time your movements right because this is a classic NES/SNES style boss fights.

Character designs are nice and silly, perfect for an E-rated type game!

Thanks Lemon! You know I'm all about the ratty rat learning curve grind and ratty rat designs for everyone. :]

The idea is coolly implemented and the setting is stupid and insane. I couldn't handle two bosses. There is not enough saving.

Heck yeah, you're speaking my language. Thanks for checking out my game. :]

Only the rattiest of rats can make it to the end. I appreciate your thoughts as it inspires me to make my future games something worth being ratty about.

I like the different characters and playstyle and also how the controls are very tight and responsive. Good job
