All core stuff - gameplay, visuals, controls, audio - is very polished and great. I didn't like a long stretch of absolute emptiness that follows the first 2 enemies if you dive down. Especially since it was followed by a barrage that appeared out of nowhere (to be honest I maybe had at least 3 seconds to react, but I'm, slow) and incinerated me. So, in total - level design is a bit flawed, at least in the beginning. Everything else is great though, definitely going to retry later.

nice minimalistic graphics!

Cool idea!

Very good work, fluid and fun. But I was ejected to the menu below the 320m anchor after the big turret and after a lot of deaths. Otherwise the game is solid.

Very nice minimal game. The only thing that stood out to me as a problem was that sometimes it was hard to get a sense of movement when in open areas, but otherwise a solid submission. Great work!

Great minimal style, very clean and smooth movement. Audio was also very well done, a strong contender for sure!  Appreciate the gamepad support as well. My only critique would be to possibly add some particles or background elements for the more open areas as it can be a little difficult to perceive your motion.

Here's a full gameplay video of my playtest for more feedback!

This is definitely the cleanest game in this jam

Nice job!)

Polished, lovely graphics, UI, and design :) Impressive for just a week, especially as a solo dev. Nicely done! Only recommendation is to add some guidance for the player's eye, it felt a bit directionless below at times. Awesome game!

Very fun and polished. Reminds me heavily of ”Thomas was Alone” because of the minimalistic artstyle, youve done quite a lot with not that much, good job

Great game, love the minimalistic audio and visual, is really polished, the first time I found and enemy caught me out of guard, was so fun to explore the game and the interactions with the world, well done

Polished and fun game. Visuals and sound are minimal and work together really well.

An amazing game! I loved how the movement felt so responsive. The environoment designs were great. One small issue I have is that the combat feels lacking, I couldn't tell if I was or wasn't damaging the enemies.

Probably one of the best executed games that take the theme literally this jam. I love everything about this game, the upgrades, the combat (though i would love it if hitting enemies felt more responsive, since it's hard to tell when you're actually dealing damage to them, since hitting those invulnerable sentries that you need the dash shield for still play the hitsound despite not taking damage), even the map, despite being mostly empty at the top, it feels like there's so much to explore! and the emptiness is relevant here since it's in the ocean. the animations are smooth, the artstyle is quite simplistic and i love it. Would recommend to have some subtle background music though (or maybe there is already and i just haven't noticed it, lol)
I would honestly love it if this got more content post-jam

This game was great! I loved that the cycle zoomed between the pod and the anchors so smoothly. It was a little hard to kill the enemies but besides that everything about this game is amazing for a 7 day time period. Definitely meets the theme of the jam.
