is 93 seconds a short time or will the mom be surprised that I kept the baby calm for that long. ;D

Really cool concept. You must have had a lot of fun designing the game and I had a lot of fun just clicking my mouse..

Kudos !!! :D

Glad you enjoyed it! Yeah, I think my wife would be surprised if I had kept my daughters calm that long too. Thanks for giving it a try.

I LOVED the music, and the game is a fun idea, but maybe some more interactive features would be good? Otherwise a fun game!

Developer

Thanks for trying it. I debated about adding different soothing techniques but decided to keep it simple with just clicking the baby's face. Glad you liked the music!

The game has charming art, and the musical touch was a pleasant surprise, especially with the family involvement in the voices. Though simple, the challenge is intense, testing players' speed and coordination. Some small adjustments to the controls could make it even more fun. A creative and captivating effort!

Developer

Thank you for the comments. Glad you enjoyed the audio design. Regarding the controls, what specifically would you prefer changed? As I said in response to a similar comment, I kept the controls pretty simple on purpose but any suggestions you have for me to bring to future games would be appreciated.

I was pleasantly surprised by the singing, it was a really nice touch. The game is definitely challenging. I consider myself a pretty fast clicker, but I only lasted 137 seconds. Maybe I'm just not ready to have a baby yet

Developer

Thank you for the compliment! As I was testing it on my computer, I could only get about 120 seconds myself, though with my phone and a trick of "tickling" the baby, I got over 200. I will also say, as a general disclaimer: this game is not medical advice or otherwise and should not be consulted when engaging in family planning. (Okay, that should keep the lawyers off my back!) Thanks for playing it!

Cool game, but needs a bit of adjustment to add more fun.

Developer

Thank you for trying my game. Yeah, I kept it as a simple concept on purpose but I did have an idea initially to add multiple calming methods (food or a video screen) and even have the baby get too happy and get upset (as I've lived that as well). However, I felt like it just would be too much for a simple game so I dropped those pieces.

I like The Game Concept but Controls need improvement

Developer

Thanks for the comment, but can you explain more about what you are looking for in the controls? I purposely kept it pretty simple but I have heard from friends that it works on a computer although phones can be hit or miss.

Haha amazing, thanks for that :)

Developer

Thank you for trying it. Glad you liked it.

Fun simple game with gorgeous singing! Too bad clicking the baby's face does not calm the baby in real life :(

Developer

Thank you! Yeah, I tried clicking my daughter's face the other day when she wouldn't take a nap, and darn it - didn't work! Ended up with the full-blown meltdown that is only hinted at in the end of the game. (I purposely chose not to have the game over screen featuring the crying.)

Amazing game and vocals

This is a great small submission. Very cute and the baby art was good. And as someone who made a baby based game too. This is great 10/10

Sound was awesome 10/10
I liked the art style, the baby looks cute! I reached 92 seconds before my hand gave up on me.

Developer

Thanks for trying it. That's not too bad; that's about what I got with a mouse. A friend of mine found a trick on a phone that seemed to work. Pretend like you are tickling a baby's stomach - which also seems to fit the theme of the game!

Submitted

lol funny little submission here and great getting the family involved and gotta say the singing was 10/10 . nice one mate !

Developer

Appreciate the comments. Glad you enjoyed it.

That sound design was so dumb, but so fun! That it's by you and your daughters makes it kinda sweet as well.

Developer

Thank you for trying it! I was having trouble thinking of a game idea when my daughter had a meltdown (they are twin three-year-olds) so decided to go with that concept. The laughing was mostly me tickling one of them, the screaming was the other one in an actual crying fit, and the third sound effect was just one daughter making noises.
