This game is a real masterpiece! The creativity and effort behind it shine through every moment of gameplay. It's engaging, polished, and just a joy to play.

Nice game :D I like point-and-click adventure type games, and it's super cool that you can play the piano. The tall building owner should probably hire a professional tuner, haha. Also, I like the creepy eyes, but after finishing the story, makes me wonder why the player is given the option to look up as it doesn't seem to be required to complete the game.

I love games like these.
I didn't quite understand the story. Maybe i am missing something but who is the familiar person?
Overall I enjoyed it especially the freedom given to player for music and drawing part.
Also Maybe have some kind of visual way of telling what you can interact with
Took me a bit to realize there was an "Exit" popup in the first scene. The white text in white background kinda makes it a bit hard to see imo.

Very atmospheric! Has a Lovecraft feel to it! Lonely churches on the pastures of New England...

Would appreciate you rating back.

Nice, game.

The only thing i didn´t quite get was why i died as i added the second sphere :D

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

I think you just got bad timing that's all, death occurs after 5 minutes no matter what because of the storm.

Thanks for the comment, this will be a reminder for us to make the cause of death more clear!

Ahhh. But it was very fun to play. I loved the part with the piano. Would be funny if there was a voice that "commented" the music/drawing :D

Cool game! I like the design and idea of the game. The way the sky gets worse the longer you take to do one of the puzzles and the option to look at the sky always being there make it seem like there's a constant incomprehensible threat looming over the protagonist.

I really enjoyed playing the organ! Would've liked to keep playing it. There's a nice, spooky atmosphere even though the game is very bright.

Looking up at the sky could've served some gameplay purpose. The real image of the human eye was the creepiest thing in this game. The face on the monolith was adorable.

The puzzles were very simple, though I expected to be able to break the rusted lock with the stone.

I didn't get the story. The epilogue mentioned something about guilt but I have no idea how that ties into the game. Maybe the main character did something bad as a child or to a child? Or maybe the "familiar someone" took the main character into that dark place when the main character was a child.

very interesting game !! I love the weird art choice (expecially the eye to look in the sky)

Nice game!

The combination of the "Look Up at the Sky" setting with the theme of this competition is very clever. It gives me a new perspective on click-and-try adventure games. Just imagine if looking up at the sky could lead to even more interesting events!

Super eerie, loved it. The mishmash of visual elements was jarring, but it felt like that was the point, very creative. In the interest of feedback, I think my only confusion was that it wasn't super clear why the stone was meant for the lock on the tall building. I didn't even try it at first because I though I was looking for a key. I did try the stone on the rusted lock through, as I thought maybe it could be easier to break. Turned out the be the reverse of what i thought.

Visuals were eerie (in a good way) and the eye icon is creepy (also in a good way). I keep getting stuck in the piano scene. I kept typing random words thinking it was a puzzle but to no avail, no tune can appease the piano. So I had to refresh the page.

A walkthrough (link on the game page) might also help for those who get lost? I probably missed something important because I can only access the tall building with the piano. I would love to continue the game and know the story! The monolith is soo interesting.

Have you tried...following what is written on the paper?

Maybe there are no set answers. Maybe the piano just wants to spend a little more time with you.

Ah! I see. I guess I was too impatient. I initially typed "cats" but it didn't work :P

I finished the game and finally gave my rating! I love personal games that have a piece of the author in them. You have a knack for story-telling :)

Following you for more puzzle/story games in the future, so keep up the good work!

Developer

Glad you got through! :D

We also plan on expanding this one game eventually, so stay tuned for that too ;)
