How does the game fit the theme?
Our protagonist, Dig, an archeologist, gets the ability to rewind time after falling in a ditch and encountering a strange statue. He is then tasked with preventing a war between two factions that might just destroy the valley and the villages in it.
The only problem being that he has to do so in just a day. Whenever Dig is not able to prevent the war, he uses his powers to rewind time and try again, ensuring that nothing ever goes wrong!
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?

the visuals are so nice
you got a lot done in one week very impressice
Nice, Super ambitious game for one week. The art is wonderful, All the characters looked great! Especially liked the character design of Bo-san, a The writing is fun and clever.
Nice Idea, and well executed. Great job!
Edit: Really appreciate the sprint button, makes running around easier :)
Hi, I really love how your game looks, the visual and the audio and the movement. I also like that the 24 hours become 24 minutes for you to explore.
But I got stuck. Maybe it's my fault or maybe it bug out, but I didn't find any way to go at some point. I talked to all the NPC + try to explore everywhere, but I was stuck. I didn't find any keys to unlock the 2 dungeons door or to make the guarding dog move or to move the rock that block entrance.
Maybe it could be an upgrade to either add a map or make it a bit more clear where to go.
Otherwise well done you did a great job !
Thank you so much for playing the game, We appreciate that.
Also regarding the progression problem that you encountered, I will agree that looking back we
really could have done a better job explaining the progression to the player.
We will keep that in mind for our future projects.
As for progressing the game, I suggest you talk to the bartender at the tavern and check what your infamy lv. is and if it is a certain odd number then you should talk to the only non-human in the village.
Really funny and interesting game! Loved the story. It has a sense of humor hahaha
Feels very nostalgic. Very nice game boy-esque visuals!
Visually appealing and nice audio. It fits the theme, I think... however, the gameplay could use some attention. I spent too much time exploring dead ends because there's a lot of empty space in the world.
I highly recommend including WASD as an alternate set of controls. (Not saying you have to replace the use of arrows, but allowing players to use either one would be great!)
As for me, the game is kinda boring, I personally don't like games like this. Still, it looks very polished and there's a lot of content! But I didn't see any innovation or realisation of the theme:(
All in all, it's a nice piece of work!
Been a while since I've played an RPG maker game. But this is a nice entry with a very big scope. Good job
Played and rated! Super polished, love the gameboy aesthetic
A very polished game, 2 people, well done
Great game, what a polish for a game jam !
very good game
I miss games like these
This is pretty cool and goes on for way longer than you'd expect for a game jam game! Writing is very charming and the game is basically free of any major jank!
so far very in-depth game. Do NOT tell the statue that it looks like your aunty even if it really does (the statue is easily offended). This is a big game. The scale of it is pretty huge in comparison to most other games from the jam
Rated!, I love how very polished the game is. The simple but satisfying puzzle like sokoban is very relaxing.
rated!
Very good and polished game in my opinion! I like the visuals and the soundtrack is so nice-fitting! Very nostalgic :)
The title music itself was really amazing. Reminded me a bit of Hydra Castle Labyrinth. Very close to using the GameBoy palette, and nails the whole retro vibe :)
But yes do take the advice GoldenRusher game you.
Darn I haven't played an RPGMaker Game in a while reminds me of good times, anyways the game is quite nice, love the art direction as well as the audio it all fits nicely, but the gameplay could use a little bit of a boost since right now its kind of a walking simulator, the story is nice and relates to the theme. id say pretty good, you should be proud.
8.5/10 :)
Thank you so much for playing the game and reviewing it.
We appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind for future projects.
