Really solid job for a week's worth of work! The only thing I didn't like very music was the music that gets repetitive fast. Besides that, it's very well done all around, great job!

I envisioned to have mutiple worlds (castle, pirate, samurai...) with unique mechanics each.
As I only had the weekend to work on it, these were the most I got into the game.

Reminds of Golf with your friends, Quite fun though though sometimes frustrating when you just bounced off the edge. Liking it so far!

I enjoyed playing this a lot, despite some small mishaps. The Arts: The simplistic art ist lovely, the overall style is very consitend and charming. The UX & UI is clear and effective at giving feadback. What I would have liked is the music to not restart on level / menu change and for it to have more variety and the posibility to mute it entirely as in the long run it can be repetetive. The Technical Stuff: The execution of this game is near flawless. The main mechanic works consitently well and detemenistly, despite unitys "special" physics. The flight predictions was always accurate and I didnt experiance any major bugs. Unfortunately the resolutions was locked (web build), so when playing in full screen mode, I could practically taste the pixels. The Camera would follow the ball in a nice path - usually, when it didnt spontaniously decide it wanted to trigger epilepsy. The Game Design: The core loop is not much different from any other golf game, what stood out to me was that the player did not need to specially controll the power of the ball though timing or similar methods - it went exactly where perdicted. This removed both some randomness and some skill from this genre - it solwed the game down, made it more tactial. The collectibles were a nice touch. They gave insentive to explore differing routs and added extra challange, but in practice there was no real reason to collect them. In the end I ignored them entirely and focused on scoreing ht hole in one. Which brings me to a point, which im not sure I should critisice or praise: It was near impossible to change the angle of the shots for long range accuratly using button presses, at the slightest touch you would be aiming meters away from target. Wether that was an oversight or a deliberate decision to give incentive to shorter shots in unclear to me. The collectibles (ball and bat) were a nice touch, but in practice werent much of change, as the long range bat has no minimal distance or accuracy nerf, making the other bat useless. The Presentation: This is where the game shines, every single aspect of it looks polished, from the UI, to the level design to the itch page - everything screams "well done". This "feels" better than most of the games on the playstore :). General Verdict: The game is fun, good looking, well presented, but it does have a few small issues. I look forward to a future extended version with more levels, some quality of live adjustmens and a bit more depth for the upgrades. Overall, I recommend this game!

I do outright agree with you on most of the points you mention.
Both collectables and Clubs/ Balls fell victim to some over scoping on my side.
The last thing I hope to get into the game was a secret stage for which you would need to collect all special coins.
Till the end I wasn't sure if I would add some kind of timing mechanics for to make it more skill based. But my fear was that it could kill the pacing as I was more aiming for an arcade style game.
Even though the content was a bit short I focused a lot on making the game feel right and

Wow, this game has many different levels, animations, a cool art style and sound design.
You really did a good and satisfying golfing game, the only thing that I would work on is the camera angle, maybe make it a bit more dynamic, sometimes the ball would be behind a wall and I couldn't really see it that well.
But overall a very nice game with a solid framework, keep developing it! :)

Have tried moving the camera. In in the tutorial there is some explanation (basically the same as the unity scene view).
oh sorry I missed that, thought it was just showing me more of the same xD, still if you could make it move dynamically it would be perfect :)

I love how you made everything by yourself and it turned out this good!
From the sound to the text animations, the particle effects and even the physics... I loved every single bit and moment of the game, I had never played a golf video game before, so I can't compare them to any others, however if this is what I should expect from a golf game then I would glad give them a try sometime.
I'll definitely be playing this game again! I need to beat all levels :D

As golfing is a rather boring sport my goal was to make it actually fun.
With that I added lots effects (camera shake, particles, flashes) in hopes players will enjoy.
I like this game. I was wondering how many golf games would join this gj but for my surprise this is the first one i have seen. Good Job so far.
Yes one of my biggest fears was that the niche of golding game would be over saturated this jam, but there aren't actually that many.

The game has a lot to offer with the content you made, there is a lot of stuff to do. I found myself liking the effect you used for 3d making it feel pixely which to be fair I love pixel like things. The mechanic is straightforward and was enjoyable. Moving around the view point was like using blender almost lol, but this handles much better than blender haha.

To be honest the pixilation effect is just a camera shader I got from the Internet 😅
If was really import to me to make the camera controlls intuitive, so I mostly draw inspiration from the unity scene view.
