The concept of using black holes to pull and throw your character to a direction is very interesting!

The basic movement has major problems though - it seems to be impossible to get the character to move in small increments, because it has a weird "delayed acceleration", and slow deceleration makes precise movement very difficult.

There is good potential in the concept though!

Thanks. We realized the movement wasn't great when you were on the ground, but didn't want to spend even more time tuning it. I agree that it could be way better

Very nice mechanic! The respawn mechanic made it exciting. Maybe add a radius indicator to the black holes as an addition.

Developer(+1)

Thanks!

Yes. I like the radius indicator idea. Make it less ambiguous when you're wondering how far it reaches.

I really liked how if you fall down the hole you just end up falling back to where you were, instead of a usual death screen, very creative. The blackhole power was fun to use too. My only complaint is that the movement is definitely too hard to control. But otherwise, pretty fun! Please give my game a try as well if you haven't already :)

Great work! Rated! Feel free to rate us back =)

The concept and premise is pretty great, and the seamless spawning back IS fantastic. But the jumping and not dying needs a little work.

Pretty good game I'll say.

Submitted(+1)

Oddly satisfying but the physics and the mechanics needs more polish. Despite it, good job here!

I like the relaxing music a lot, as well as your take on the "Holes" concept here.  There's a lot of creativity going on here.  I would the weakest aspects of the game would be the jumping which definitely feels weird and off with it's low height and high speed horizontal movement, and the rock platforms, and the little deformaties in them make move on them pretty difficult.  Not bad though, especially the cute squirrel.

Good use of the theme and good music. I really enjoyed playing this game.

It's a neat game with a very cool concept. Unfortunately, the level design didn't really give me a sense of direction; I didn't really know where I was supposed to go next (might just be me though), and the controls felt a little floaty to me, making it difficult to navigate the platforms.
The music's very enjoyable, however, and definitely gives me positive vibes when playing the game, together with the cutest little chipmunk of course.

Developer

Yeah, I modified the level a bit in an updated version. I probably still need to have some better way for the player to know what he's supposed to do (other than play around in the sandbox and avoid falling)

Thanks for the feedback!

Loved the loading screen! very interesting. controls and level design could have some tweaks, but dying was also part of the game it seems. so its just a hard game not poorly made.

I didn't use white holes too much, black holes were powerful and spin was also nice but very uncontrollable. flying squirrels do exist but they don't use black holes to fly you know XD

Good job! ^^

Thanks for the feedback!

Hey, maybe intergalactic flying squirrels are out there somewhere!

This is such a great mechanic. Had a lot of fun flying around with the black holes. I didn’t find myself using the “sonic boom” feature as much. The jump controls were a little floaty. That might not be an issue for the right level design but with the platforms I was trying to land on it was a little difficult. Besides that minor gripe I think this is a terrific game. Great job!

There was  a cake on far right but even after so many tries, I still couldn't get it.

it's a fun little game, the controls are a bit hard ( jumping)  i reached some place where i couldn't reach the rock, but good job i like how you made transition to replay the game when falling into void :) rated

if you want to check Meetles :

Developer(+1)

Thanks! I'll put Meetles on my list.

it's pretty hard but you can beat it after several tries so, good job! the white hole(?) seems to be a lot weaker than the black hole so i ended up using only the black one and swiging the chipmunk arround like spiderman until i got to the cake xd

Developer

Thanks! That's basically what I did too when playing it xD

I'll probably increase the power of the white hole. Thanks for the input!
