Great stuff dude, I had alot of fun playing this. Mechanics and controls felt tight,.

I love the game! sounds a bit vague how to play but then i got used to it, i like the idea of dashing, and killing enemies with blocks, really fun! maybe make screen transition faster? also i'm curious how did you do the shadows move based on the angle, it reminds me of Philophobia. Rated it:)

It's very unique and creative! The polygons fits the rule of the game a lot, and also beautiful!

I like it very much.

I have played it 5 times and found that the number of enemies is 37.

Developer

I also found the same thing, but just a bit too late. A humble miscount. Thanks a heap for playing!

Wow, this mechanic is amazing! I loved how you can play and interact with the environment to take out or get past enemies! Good job!

My favorite aspect of this game is the sense of mystery as you travel the caves! You could definitely make a great story out of this! I also loved the subtle puzzle solving aspect as well.

I would definitely make the pieces that you can't break a different color than the rest, so the player has a better sense of what objects can be broken or not. It seemed that almost all of the terrain in the game was breakable, which was really cool, but if you want to enhance the puzzle solving aspect, I would do so by adding unbreakable objects into the mix.

But this is still amazing nonetheless!

Very cool mechanic! I loved the little captions at the bottom!

Dude your game is pretty rad, I definitely would play a complete version of this game 10/10 like Skyrim with guns!!!

Aw this is really cool.  I have nothing bad to say about this.  The graphics, the gameplay, the concept, the way the music speeds up and down, the reflex required for certain levels.  This is the first game that got all 5-stars out of me, cause I think it really think it deserves it.  Fantastic work, I've got to come back to this to finish it!

That lighting is awesome! And combining that to also show their line of site!? Such a great combo. Awesome submission! Super fun and very technically impressive too!

This the perfect trifecta. Cool mechanic, smooth controls, and beautiful levels. These kinds of physics games have a penchant for annoying bugs involving getting stuck in corners and shot out of walls. I didn’t run into any of that. Very well polished and very fun to play. Thanks for sharing man.

I adore the artstyle with the simple shapes and 2D lighting! The music and sounds fit perfectly. The puzzle mechanic is also very clever and I have not seen that anywere before. Although I found that if I just spam the main mechanic I can jump through levels faster than the guards can react and I didn't have to think very much. Maybe restrain the player from spamming that mechanic. Otherwise: great game, would love it if you checked out mine! :)

I don't think I'll slow down the player, I'd rather speed up the guards. I also have an idea for a sniper, who will immediately shoot and kill when you are in their line of sight. Thanks for playing!

I really loved the design of this game. The way colors indicate when someone is dead is really cool since it sort of signifies that they are now "part of the background". Also the sound design was really good. I loved how the music and everything else slows down preemptively when a bullet is guaranteed to hit you even when it hasn't already

This looks great! Love the play with the colors and it shows that even with couple tone variations you can get some nice environments done.
The general "aim to punch a hole"- system was a good concept but noticed that occasionally the guards were able to shoot the player even though they were on a falling platform, of which I don't know if it's intended or not.

Additionally I feel the gameplay could have some obstacles in the path through what you cannot go through as easily but the player should plan the path a bit. Apart from those and the occasional bugs which mostly were collision errors (annoying as they are) gameplay was enjoyable.

Developer

I considered making walls that couldn't be broken, but I found the gems to be a better solution, since these force you to go via a spot, rather than forcing you to avoid a spot (opening extra paths, but still adding challenge). As for the bugs... Believe me when I say there were many sleepless nights fixing far weirder bugs than you see here. Thanks for playing, and for the feedback!

This is just amazing, what people can do creatively in just one week. Great game, even greater potential!

One of my favorite ones! The mechanic was cool but not too powerful. Levels could be solved in different ways making each try something else. Together with the stats at the end a really great game for a game jam.

This is great! Good job! I can see a great potential in that core mechanic if you can find a way to create more variety (both mechanically and visually).
But as a jam entry, it's top notch. I hope you will get noticed.

I'd been hoping to somehow crunch even harder and get a high stakes escape sequence, but alas, I barely had time to make what I've got. Thanks for playing!

Level design masterpiece!👌🏼
This game must be in top 10 games at the end.

I love it! one of my favorites in this jam!!!

This Is definitely my favorite gam I've played so far. The aestetic reminds me of Ape Out. The main   mechanic has a ton of potential and feels great to use. things to improve I think the death animation slows down the fast past gameplay a little to much. Amazing work

Developer

Wow, you're totally right bout the death animation. I hadn't even realised that I was subconsciously skipping the death anims by pressing R. Thanks for your kind words and feedback!

took me a while to figure out i can dash through walls haha, any way good mechanics,

ill just note that the game froze on me when i died in a certain stage, vault entrance i think

Developer

Damn, sorry bout the freeze. I wanted the game to save progress, but didn't quite have time to make that happen.
