In what way does your game fit the theme?
The player must rewind time and work alongside their past selfs to escape the Cosmic Wych's Quantum Country Club.
Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes

Very fun little game! I really like the bounciness of the player and the upbeat tune of the music! Felt really lighthearted and fun. Your use of the theme was really nice, but in the end I was actually just using the little guys to die xD. Very fun! :)
Yeah really cool little game! :D
Thanks for playing!
Had a lot of fun with this game could you just add a tiny note that lets browser players know to hit the 'space' button to start?
Yes! you are the second person to run against that. Sorry it was not intuitive. Just added to the page. Thanks for playing!
This game was alot of fun! While I was well over par on almost all the levels It was a very interesting take on the topic!
Wow! Awesome aesthetics great game play and overall solid implementation of a creative take on the theme. Well done! The only thing I noticed is that the intro text doesn't go away when you restart the level once? Or maybe I'm stupid and doing something wrong :)
Thanks for playing! Yeah we caught this bug a little too late since the title card was the last thing we added before submission. Already fixed in the post jam build. You should still be able to see the level and beat it! it disappears as intended after the first level
Great game, I like all the people you build up. It get's confusing when you have a ton of people though as to who you are. It might be easier to see you if everyone else had muted colors or something, or a glow outline on the active character.
The game itself is fun, but repetitive music and my frustration made me stop playing, great idea.
We figured some players might get frustrated, so we included a level skip- you can press N to skip to the next level if you're not enjoying the one you're on. We hope this means folks will be able to see some of the zanier levels we designed towards the end without having to spend 20+ minutes on one jam game. As for the music, well, it changes after 9 levels, but the second song is also a short-ish loop, so that may not help. Anyway- thanks for playing!
Congratulations! This thing is insane. So many levels, so clever. The traps are really well designed and the solutions are genius. I love all the psychedelic art and the music is killer. Well played!
Thanks for playing on the stream! We're glad you liked it.
Love this game! I really like the par scoring element and the background art. Wish I could get anywhere close to par on any of the levels though haha.
good game, good job!
I really wanted to play this game, but I don't see any main menu (?) :/
Just title screen.
press space to get past title screen. Make sure you have clicked in the game window
Not exactly my type of game, but I enjoyed playing it. The puzzles are interesting but a little bit hard for me. Visuals are great as well as sound. Good job!
A very creative take on the theme. The gameplay is difficult but fun. Very polished in terms of gameplay, as well as visual style. Well done.
Very well polished game. Loved it. Fits the theme really well. Check out my game at https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-4/rate/724912
Very good jam game. Game design is on point! (btw, i noticed there is bug that if you restart first level, message screen wont go away)
Thanks for playing! We also noticed the intro text bug after submitting it and the submissions were locked- luckily the first level is pretty easy to navigate even with the intro text, and it goes away after the first level. But definitely a good call out- we'll be fixing that post-jam!
Really fun game. Not much feedback to give, the golf take on the platformer and dying and rewinding is... awesome :)
Wow... amazing game jam game. I'm going to give some feedback, but for being made in a week, it doesn't get much better than this.
First thing is that pressing Z to rewind feels unnecessary. You basically have to die to progress, so respawning automatically would work better in my opinion.
The only other thing is that the actual rewind feature (although cool) gets a bit old after a while, and doesn't actually add anything gameplay wise. If you skipped it and just spawned with your ghosts, the game would go faster without losing much.
That being said, the art is great, the sound is good, the controls are tight, and you clearly put a lot of work into this. Fantastic job!
Thank you so much for playing and for this great feedback!
Regarding the not auto-rewinding and having to press <z>, I think you have a point and we considered it early on, but we realized that since clones have to be a 1 to 1 replica of your past self to stay in sync, we wound up with a lot of clones just standing in the beginning, there may have been away around this though. Definitely something we could reconsider.
I think we could absolutely stand to either speed up (It’s capped at 6 seconds but this quickly adds up) or remove the feature altogether to make the game flow more smoothly.
Again, thank you for this feedback.
Extremely clever game design and fantastic execution.
Very nice game reminds me of 2 games i have played, "Use Boxmen" and "Clone Armies" both of which have the same cloning mechanic...overall very nice game! Good Job!
It's one of the most polished games so far
- intuitive ✔️
- clean readable art ✔️
- good controlls and game feel ✔️
- rewind theme ✔️
the only criticism I have is, imho this rewind mechanic (altho fun and functional) is not very creative/uniq
but overall great quality
