In what way does your game fit the theme?
Warty and Weevil, the two characters in our game work together to get Weevil up into the skies. Besides this we initially wanted the theme to also reflect on the fact that you build a large tower which you can solidify with your power-up, making it stronger in the process.
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
The programmer used Brackey's 2d character controller tutorial but besides that all the code is made by ourselves from scratch.
The art is all custom made from scratch by the artist for this project.

The pixelart looks beautiful and this tetris-like gameplay with controlling both of the frogs is also great.
At one point the pieces started freaking out a bit when they started falling apart, but nothing gamebreaking. Overall a really great game, really enjoyed it.

The pixel art on this game is absolutely stunning! Fantastic work. The Tricky Towers gameplay was solid and I loved having to climb up the tower. Perfect game!

amazing game! art and sprites are incredible, gameplay is fun, great take on the theme. was not expecting to see proper physics for the blocks but it made the whole thing a lot funnier.

Thanks! Yea the cutscenes can be skipped with 'spacebar'. Ill probably make that more clear in the description.

Only wished I could drop the blocks like in tetris to make it faster, but it didn't affect my experience that much :)
