In what way does your game fit the theme?
You can split into multiple copies of yourself which work together to solve puzzles (stronger together). Or combine into a bigger player (once again, stronger together).
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
yes

very nice graphics and it is fun good job!
Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed :)
I like the color palette you choosed! It gives calming vibes :)
The game remind me a bit of "You are now possessed" by Lonebot, on itch.io. It's a cool concept!
To try to give something new (I only played the fullscreen windows):
-I felt a very small delay at the beginning of each level, so I had to press twice my arrow to move.
-Is there any way to leave the game other than "windows button + close the window from task bar (or alternative windows closing tools solution)"?
-On the gameplay, I wonder if the possibility of merging on a light blue tile is good? ^^ Iwas sure it would not work and was surprised it did, is it intentional?
-When will you make more levels so I can challenge myself more? :p
Very cool game, great synergy of elements! The simple gameplay makes it even better!
Good job!
Thanks! As for the other stuff
The slight delay has to do with the the fact that I made it so the player cant move until the scene transition is completely finished, which obviously can be fixed.
There is no quit button, I did not think to add one.
Merging on a light blue tile is not intentional, I discovered that way too late to change anything, and it will be fixed post-jam. As for that, how do you think I should handle that sort of situation? Maybe you’re just not allowed to, maybe I have some kind of ghost that will show you WHY you can’t go there? Maybe it launches you somewhere? I’d love to hear your thoughts :)
And for the last one, I’ll be releasing a post-jam version at some point, and you can find my channel on the game’s page of you’re interested in following that. Thanks for all the feedback!
Nice!
For the light blue tile, I would say just not being able to go would be enough. If you are afraid the player could not understand why, my suggestion would be you play the animation of getting merge, have the big dark blue box appearing and disappearing right away to get back to the previous situation with one move lost (the contrast of color is explicit enough) :)
The "it launches you somewhere" would add another dimension to the game, you can do something with it but it would be a new gameplay component (not a bad one if well made though). Jumping over holes, having a third dimension... your choice :)
I will check it from time to time to see the new updates then!
Alr, thanks so much for taking the time to respond with some awesome feedback!
Sure, it is normal as a fellow game dev to share passion and insight ;)
It is Brackeys philosophy as well :p
yessssssssss fs
Great Gameplay, Innovative puzzles and a great vibe! Would like to see some extra puzzle elements. This game has a lot of potential. Well Done!
I’m really glad you enjoyed!
I will actually be working post-jam, and you can find my channel on the game’s page if you’re interested :)
There it is! I waited for that one. Saw it a few times on discord. :)
thanks for playing!
Awesome! It's a simple game but it's perfect =) Usually I always say what I liked least, but there is nothing wrong. One thing, the movement is strange because W goes ▲ ► while A goes ◄ ▲. I don't know if you understand but =) Good job!
Thanks! I really appreciate that :)
as for the controls, I know exactly what you mean, post-jam version will definitely have configurable controls and all that, but how would you personally prefer the controls be?
I think tilting the camera a bit more to one side might improve the intuitive side of the movements. But I know you would like to keep that simmetry effect. You can also control with mouse as if it was on mobile (P.S. this game would be great on mobile). You can try out these ideas if you want, but it's a very good question.
haha the thing is, this game is in 2d, I drew isometric vector art and didn't make 3d models, so it's not like I can swivel the camera at all.
I want to try and release post-jam on steam or mobile, so I totally agree with what you're saying.
If you're interested in following that, my channel is on the game's page :)
I admit that it is difficult to rotate the camera with 2D assets. I will follow the evolution of this game =)
awesome :)
Teach me your ways with the aesthetics lol! I love simplistic graphics, amazing job there. The level design was great, I was left wanting more which is rare in a jam I think. Great job!
Thanks! I am not that good of an artist, so I especially appreciate your comments :)
If you want more, I will be continuing this post jam and posting devlogs on my channel, which is linked on the game's page :)
You've got the graphics on point my man! One of my favourites so far, very clear and a fun challenge! Great job
Thanks! I really appreciate your comments, I’m glad you enjoyed :)
This was amazing! The aesthetic was on point and was really fun to play!
Thanks! I'm really glad you enjoyed :)
Really nice game! I love the visual design, and the puzzles were fun and rewarding. I think if you wanted to continue working on the game a level editor could be really cool.
Thanks! I'm really glad you enjoyed :)
I appreciate the feedback, I do in fact want to work on this post-jam, and if you're interested my channel is on the game's page if you want to stay updated on that.
Nice little game. The art was very stylized and worked very well for this type of game! The levels were not too hard or too easy. You should have probably just added a Setting for Fullscreen instead of uploading two builds haha! Enjoyed it!
Thanks! I don't consider myself a great artist, so that means a lot. As for fullscreen, now that I'm looking back on it I could've just made a resizable window LOL
So clever. Took me a long time to figure out some of the levels, but the sense of achievement when you do is worth all the frustration (the frustration is in no way down to your game design, it's entirely due to my Not Very Good puzzle brain). Excellent.
Thanks! I was worried that the levels would be impossible for some to figure out, as I didn't include a tutorial (I instead decided to make the only possible solution one that would require the player to learn the new mechanic) so I'm glad that you were able to figure it all out :)
Very nice game ! Very good Art Direction. This game can be an amazing mobil game with few more mecaniques.
Thanks! I do not consider myself to be very good at art, so your compliments mean a lot :)
I do actually plan to work on this post jam and release on either steam or mobile, so if you’re interested in following that my channel is on the game’s page.
Nice game! Special mention for the Sound Design and Art Direction which are impeccable! Some mechanical additions might have added a little extra to the game.
thanks! This was my first time making isometric vector art, so I’m really happy with it. I appreciate your kind words :)
I do also plan to work on this post jam, so lots of mechanics will be added fs, I have my channel linked in the game’s page if you’re interested in following that.
Really well designed concept for a puzzle game, i spent a little too much time on the 4th level than i care to admit, but really trickery levels, well designed overall. Keep it up !
thanks so much! I’m glad you enjoyed
Really nice :) I enjoyed it ^^ However, if you spam a move when the cube gets seperated, the move isn't registered but the countdown still decrease.
Thanks! I did not realize that bug existed, thank you for pointing it out :)
I am glad it helped ^^ Could you rate my game? I only have one rating for now ^^'

Is it normal, that I cant press Play Butto?
it’s not normal, which version did you download?
Very innovative ! I like the game design and the graphics
Thanks! I’m glad you enjoyed :)
Satisfying sound design. I like how you can split and merge back together
sorry about the spam. I removed it
np, I didn’t see it anyway :)
:)
Thanks!
Excellent game! Nice and simple but effective puzzle game :D. Would love to see more levels for this
Thanks! I’m glad you enjoyed :)
I will be working on this post jam, so obviously there’ll be a lot more levels, My channel is linked in the game’s page if you’re interested in following that.
I loved it so much !
I saw you posting some insights on the Discord earlier through the week. Great graphics and sound design !
Cheers !
yay I’m glad you enjoyed! Thanks for playing!
