In what way does your game fit the theme?
You have 2 characters that you switch control between and you can't beat the levels without using them both

Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
i made everything except for the background wind sounds, i can't remember what i got it from because i downloaded it like a year ago for a different project i had

Nice game! I really liked the concept of this game. Also the art was pretty good and cute :) I made it to the fifth level lol. I found a kind of a bug. The target cursor went out of the screen and I didn't know where it went so I think you should add a limit to the cursor. Also the puzzles were good and I enjoyed  them. Good job and also if you have time to rate my game it would be great :)

For me its a bit confusing on where to go and the aiming moving thing is a bit strange as well. the artstyle is pretty good though!

Cute graphics, interesting concept and good puzzle design. I understand you wanted to get a NES feel for the control scheme, but I found the gameplay overall unnecessary clunky, with the difficulty controlling the characters not bringing much to the table. Also, the possibility of getting softlocked if you miss a short is really frustrating. Still, good job for putting this together in the shot amount of time, love the idea!

Really cute game  with nice graphics, i like the core mechanic in this but not being able to move after you shoot could potentially lead to accidental softlocks and a little annoyance as it doesnt go where you intend, maybe having the ability to move around after the shot and then grabbing it or maybe having an instant callback button where you can call back your shot instantly would be nice.  Very cool game with cute sfx,

Good job!

yeah i already knew all of these problems before submitting it, the thing with the aiming thing is that i have no idea why it isn't working correctly all the time and the thing with the movement that you can get easily softlocked is that if i would do what you suggest then it would get rid of the entire point of the main mechanic, if i would change it i would need to rework the whole game.

It took me a bit to understand what was happening but it worked well once I figured it out. Sometimes the projectile would not follow its intended path which was a bit frustrating. Interesting idea, definitely unique.

Developer

yeah i know about that path issue, i tried to find out what the problem was but i just could find it

Nice! It took me a while to figure out what to do but I got it in the end :) How did you make the projectile prediction thing? Particles? I got a little confused with the controls but I got that down too after a while :D Great job!!

Developer

i did the predection by making particles with the some code as the "soul" but with a short timer so that it doesn't go that far, so it would do the same thing as the "soul", i hope that makes sense, lol

and yeah, the game is confusing i gave myself a challange to make the controls by like an nes controler, that you can control the game with the arrows and 2 other buttons. (if you're interested i'm gonna upload a video about my thinking process for the game later today, it's not detailed)

Nice game mechanic! I like the part where you can see the path of the projectile

Developer

I tried to play the game, but I did not have any idea what to do. But okay it was pretty fun to see the way the bullet fly around in the room.

there are 2 thingies in the level where you need to put the characters on, ye i know it's really unclear
