In what way does your game fit the theme?
The player starts off with no powers, but when the player joins together with other nodes around the map, they get stronger.

Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
I coded the entire game myself in the span of one week. I made every asset except for a few sound effects. I have the rights to those sound effects (I bought them) from the Pro Sound Collection by GameMaster Audio.

I love this, very chaotic and very fun gameplay. Just keep adding more variations/contents and I think you have a pretty good game on your hands. Great job man!

I really liked that game ! Great job dude !

Mechanics feels nice, the difficulty increases at a slow pace (I think it's a good point).

Graphics goes well with each other, maybe a little more effort for the background and it was perfect ahah.

The song is catchy and the sound nice.

Does fit the theme in a very good way !

This one was really great in making everything FEEL good to play, the way there's a constant give and take, with you ramping up in power significantly and then getting dropped back down whenever you make a mistake, giving you that moment of vulnerability as you're scrambling to get more nodes to bolster your attack. This sense of flow feels excellently handled throughout, with any moments where you become insanely powerful feel short lived, due to the fact that naturally the more powerful you are, the bigger target you also are, acting as an additional layer of balance. I'll say that I'm not quite sure how to feel about those triangles attached to rectangles that just feel a bit like an enemy to say "you lose", but I could also just be bad. Really fun game, glad to have given it a shot, willingly played this one for a lot longer than I planned on doing.

If you have the time, I'd really appreciate it if you also checked out my game.

What can I say? As a fellow Godot user I love nodes!

Cool implementation of the theme.

The base movement speed does feel painfully slow and there was a long pause until the first enemy appeared that made me wander what was going on.

This was a solid game..Loved the way it plays..It was well balanced and I took a minute to understand what to do.... But after that this was a great game....

KUDOS!!!! :)

(literally what making games in Godot feels like)

As the game continues, I am getting more and more OP, though it’s as easy to lose the nodes as to gain them

Very fun idea, would like to see that in a big game :)

Submitted

I like the idea and fits the theme very well, but there's no balance. It is really easy for the player to become OP

My feedback is already somewhere down there, but there is gameplay if you wanna see it:

I LOVE IT!! Great game! I love the chaos, I wish there was a list of all the different nodes you have, I kept discovering new ones!

The mechanic is brilliant and innovative. I had fun playing it. I would prefer a little bit of pace to be more entertaining and more difficulty. Zooming out the camera as you grow would be nice too.

Great job. I see potential to make it a couch game with short local versus battle mode.

The core game mechanic is entertaining, simple and addictive, ideal for a game jam game.

My only feedback would be to add some variation to the tileset, as the current one with only one tile can be a bit disorienting.

the game is amazing, so damn well polishment, and great performent too, even shoot millions projects the game still smooth

the game is simple but addictive, it create a really fun and satisfied experience.

art, sound are also very good

great job!

The fact that the design is made this way allows the game to stand out from the rest. The controls are super fluid which is very pleasant. The player immediately understands what he has to do. Everything is relevant and well done. Moreover, you want to stay in the game for a long time to catch as many allies as possible to see how far we can go. Very effective.

Great job.

Very fun, creative and smooth playing game. This is one of the smoothest gameplays I've seen so far in the game jam. good job!

Nice game. One thing I would consider is camera zooming out when you collect nodes

It's really have potential. Interesting idea and good game. If you will add more features and make it more hard I guess all will like it

Amazing game. I love It.

I really had fun, but it could be better if it had a way to make the game more difficult per a node you get. The graphics were alright, and the game just needed more to it.

I really like the idea, but it feels too easy. Visuals are simple yet effective. Great execution :)

That's awesome to hear! I know it's a little easy, but that's better than it being incredibly difficult. Thanks for playing. I've given your game a try, and it's really great!

Thank you and I totally agree with you that easier is better than too difficult :)
