I got wiped out by the first hurricane every time. I didn't know how to get resources so I had no walls.

Very deep game for such short development time, strong work!

I loved the game a lot! The idea is probably the best thing about this game.
As the comments say, a compass would be great for this game.
The sounds got stale with time, there was a lot of boring repetition, and the game basically begged for screenshake.
Regardless, this was very fun! I finished the game :D
Wish the end was more rewarding haha
Keep on fighting! :)

Nice game! I did not get passed the first hurricane because I had trouble understanding where I should put my wall and why I couldn't release butterflies, but the idea is quite creative! Perhaps if the mechanics and how to do things were explained more clearly, I could get further in the game.

Great entry!

Nice concept but it is kinda confusing

I really liked the idea, but the way you implemented feels a bit off. There isn't enough time to prepare for the hurricane, and there should really be some sort of indication which ways what.

Now that I'm done talking about the negatives. I think the atmosphere this game created was really good. The fact that there wasn't any music and just some warning alarms creates an atmosphere where you feel alone, waiting out a storm.

Given enough time, I'm sure that you'll be able to polish the game and improve upon it. :)

Pretty neat and interesting idea! Sadly couldn't finish it but still reached to category 4's on south. For first timers a pic of a compass or something would have been nice.

It gets confusing on what to do in the beginning and it needs a bit of tweaking, but good game overall. I like your concept.

Really lovely idea! I spent way too much time on this than I'd like to admit! :D This needs a compass though!

The game is indeed well made, but it's too frustrating for two main reasons: 1. There's nowhere near enough time to prepare between hurricanes; 2: There's no indicator of North, South, East and West. Even if the timer was a bit less stricter, the game could really be super fun and additing. For the rest, I liked the graphics and audio, and the concept is pretty good.

Nice and fun concept. It was quite hard to figure it out but once I did it was quite fun. Good luck on the jam!
