This is the best game I've played so far in the jam. It checks all the boxes a jam game needs. Cool graphics, screenshake, particles, and sound effects. It feels really good to play. Great game :).

one of the most straight up fun games this jam! it was so satisfying to play and the graphics were nice. the arcade like visuals were a really nice touch as well.

Great visuals, and definitely chaotic. Reminded me of the old arcade pinball game on windows. It was pretty tough at times to keep up with all the enemies coming down
"It was pretty tough at times to keep up with all the enemies coming down" yeah when I was playing on unity the screen was smaller so I could move mouse from point a to b faster and it made it easier and more balanced unfortunately I didn't notice that in itch full screen thing it would make it so much harder, but anyway I am glad you enjoyed it!

Well done! It is a little bit hard to tell what is going on, but it is fun nevertheless. I'm not sure if I ever triggered a chaos event, though I did often die seemingly out of the blue, so... maybe I did?
Weird? Was it like a bug? If enemies reach back wall it decreases health. It should never one shot you though. Anyway thanks for playing!
No, like I didn't find the game "readable." I didn't know what "normal" was so I couldn't tell when something special was happening. Everything felt overwhelming and chaotic all the time, so if I experienced chaos events, they didn't register as "extra chaotic."

Honestly I wanted to add so much more I just didn't wanna add more than I had time for. But yeah your game was golden I was laughing so hard while playing seriously good job man!!
Excellent gameplay! The sound and effects add so much to it.
I would recommend a better Title Card that shows your game.
Very nice completed game! Very chaotic yet fun to play. Little monsters drawn stylish, music and sound effects are great. The only thing to improve is that my mouse (thus, character) moved not smooth enough, and I was constantly skipping too many enemies. If the mouse were more responsive, there would be even more fun.

Could you elaborate a little bit on the mouse stuff? I'm just a little confused what you mean. Are you saying some enemies make it past you and you cant bat them because thats a known issue sorta and if cursor is out of the movement zone it doesnt work so I just was making sure it was one of those things and not some game breaking bug, anyway thank you very much for playing!
Great aesthetic and gameplay. Simple and effective. Just needs a few different combat interactions and maybe a tiny bit more control over when you're going to be screwed by chaos.

Nice game! I like how you can use the balls to kill! It was challenging but really enjoyable, at first I didn't grab that I can use only the bottom part (my bad) I thought that the movent was random it was chaotic hahaha

Overall scoring, until now for me you are winning, you showed me that weight maters so much, simple screen shake with your actions feels that I am having an impact, fast paced music places you in a mood of exitement, I didn't care what I was doing, the game was self explanatory, controllo position of the player with mouse and kick some ass with heavy metal music, simple and efective, but what sold me was the power that I felt that I was really having an impact in the game, just because of that screenshake
Dude.. That means so much to me, I wanted to try and make it feel like you had an impact on the game, as fun as it is to accidentally trickshot an enemy with a baseball I felt that there wasn't enough impact with just hitting the enemies so I animated a short little screen shake. Seriously such a small detail that I didn't think would matter much but clearly it has made you enjoy the game a bunch. Thanks for the feedback this made my day. :

NICE game!! I absolutely love the variety of fantastical and beastly enemies you crafted, and having a robot batter as a main character for some reason just feels so right. Music was awesome, design of the visuals are super cool and reminds me of classic pinball games in the best way. I loved the chaos bar, and being swarmed by unicorns or giant knights during a chaos event is just like. Sick as hell.
I did find myself wanting there to be a way to fire out more balls, or for the ball to not disappear once it hit my own base. I found that the ball was super helpful in killing enemies and kept the energy up and even more engaging, but was very difficult to bounce back into the playing field. I also would have liked the description of the chaos event to be a little bit bigger as I had a bit of trouble reading it while trying to focus on killing the enemies but, overall was still very functional.
Overall had a blast playing this, baseball meets RNG is such a cool concept, and I'm glad I got the chance to play this game. Thank you for making it!!!

Great game overall! It looks and feels incredible for a jam game, while also adhering to the theme. Great job!
My only suggestion is that you increase the bat's hitbox, or make it so that the collider follows the player when he's moving, as sometimes it fails to hit enemies.
